No figures were damaged in shipping, partly due to your new and innovative \"bookcase\" packing method. Well done.

Received my 54mm Cowboys this week and they are great! Thanks for an excellent job. Not the usual thing with standard uniforms like an army, so doing them to get the right feel was excellent. Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett (amongst others) now take to the wargames table with pride :)

The figures arrived today. Delighted with the painting and as usual the figures had been very carefully packed - only three broken spears and one wobbly shield - all of which can be easily repaired.

I have unpacked most of the figures you painted for me and I am very pleased with the result. The packaging to ship them back was excellent and there seemed to be no damage when I received them.

I am now mounting and flocking the bases and they look great!

It was an absolute pleasure to meet you in Colombo. I really enjoyed our conversation and greatly appreciated you taking time out of your busy schedule to come in person to see me. Thank you. My only disappointment was that I did not get a chance to meet the team of ladies that paint my figures , that would have been wonderful but it was not to be, hopefully next time .

I got back to the UK early evening yesterday and have spent some time this morning looking at the figures your team painted for me. I have to say I am absolutely delighted. When I approved the photos I thought the figures looked very good but a bit basic and not that special but on closer inspection today I have to say I am really pleased with the overall quality is excellent. The smaller 18mm figures are particularly good and the 28mm figures are just the quality finish I wanted. Please would you pass on my comments to the ladies that painted all my figures.

I would also like to take this opportunity to say to you that your packers are the unsung heroes of your operation. They demonstrate a lot of care and attention to detail , all my figures came home safely and unbroken. Would you please let them know I think they do a wonderful job.

Thank you once again for the trouble you went to so that we could meet up . I wish you and your business well. I will be sending a new parcel to you next week .
