Loved bowling; average was 155 when in a league at Ken Cliff; loved Jim and Jackie and their family especially Jill and Grace. Grace let me work some evening at the grill, earning $6.25 each evening plus a free burger and fries! I cannot remember the years but had to be 74-75, I was 16 I think. I loved Grace. I miss bowling |

Glenn, you obviously worked hard to make some magic happen here. I just go crazy for anything that takes me back to the 1950\'s or 1960\'s. Gotta\' love this place! ![]() |

Drove this past Saturday to Ardmore just to see the place, meet Glenn and bowl a few games. I couldn\'t have been happier other than if I had bowled better. It\'s obvious Glenn has the support from the surrounding area and he is just as supportive of them. I had a great time and I will be back! Keep \'em rollin\' Glenn! ![]() |

Great idea. I would love to do something like this someday. I currently have an 82/70 Pinspotter in storage and a Sure Pik ball return. Looking to put up a pole barn with a couple lanes. I currently manage a 16 lane bowling center and am the mechanic. Also love the old AMF equip. ![]() |

You have a great web site. It's really nice to see vintage equipment (the exact type I first worked on in 1969) in such good operating condition. As a mechanic, I can appreciate this and hope to come by sometime soon for a visit. Good luck! ![]() |

Great to see this site!! I hope to be around Ardmore within a couple months. Will be nice to throw a ball and have the machine return it to me. The last ball I threw there we didn\'t have machines running or ball returns installed. Hope all is well!!! |

Thank you so much for remembering my Grandfather, Charlie Ellis, in your list of Ken-Cliff 300\'s. I remember spending many summers at Ken-Cliff keeping score at the Pepsi tournament. We plan on coming to visit the center soon. Thank you for bringing lots of great memories back!!! |

This brings back a lot of memories. My brother worked there in the 60\'s. My cousin Jeane Hornback introduced me to bowling there. My uncle Jim Hammer was one of the first men to shoot a 300 game there. When I was 12 years old I shoot my first 200 game there, a 214. And I still have the little bowling pin key chain they gave you for a 200 game. Thanks, Glenn H. for bringing back some good ole memories. Eddie |

I worked at Ken-Cliff Lanes in 1976, the year it closed down! I traveled with Glen Armstrong down to Dallas on a Pro Tour. I was there the night Curtis bowled that 300! I also watched Glen bowl a 300-300-299 one day but it wasn\'t sanctioned, just practice. I also used to keep score during the summer tournaments. This web sight brings me a lot of good memories of when I was around 19 years old and working back with Jackie\'s mother in the kitchen. ![]() |

I owned and operated a \"vintage\" 32 lane center until a few years ago when I was bought out by Wal-Mart. I love your place with the Streamlane equipment and 82-30\'s. One day I hope to do what you did. Excellent work!!! ![]() |
