I agree with Kathy. We need to showcase ourselves and gain the respect that we deserve. Our peers and superiors need to realize that many of us do alot more than just scan the shelves and order the drugs. We are often the go-to person for any and all issues. We are responsible for large amounts of cash flow and the decisions that we make can affect the Pharmacy Staff, the Nurses, and the Patients. We are often given large projects to oversee and important initiatives to roll-out. Be proud of your accomplishments!
