Are we ready to help Dale and Mike get us to a professional level status? We need to get some major conversation going with them so that next year the Buyers in Pharmacy are well on their way to being a professional organization. Please post with the things you would like to see done along the path and I would ask Mike and Dale to converse with us and let us know how we can help in this endeavor. I agree with Kathy. We need to showcase ourselves and gain the respect that we deserve. Our peers and superiors need to realize that many of us do alot more than just scan the shelves and order the drugs. We are often the go-to person for any and all issues. We are responsible for large amounts of cash flow and the decisions that we make can affect the Pharmacy Staff, the Nurses, and the Patients. We are often given large projects to oversee and important initiatives to roll-out. Be proud of your accomplishments!
