The US government it would seem, can now send contained black matter into any area they want to. Its the release of demonic forces, with devastating effects on the minds of the population in that area. Total chaos is the end result.
My personal opinion, is that once black matter has been released into out realm, it wont be able to be contained by any man. The CERN project is totally demonic in nature and design and relates directly to the bible verse in ◄ Revelation 9:1 ►

The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss.

CERN is the key to the portal of HELL and I believe that once G-D gives the go ahead, that machine will be started up to run its full coarse. IT IS GOING TO BE HELL ON EARTH. LITERALLY!!!!!!!
ALSO!!! People need to understand, that G-D is in total control of everything. He allows and dis-allows all things. This CERN machine didn't just get created overnight, so the government could wipe everyone out that didn't agree with it. No no no, It was getting built over time, according to our sin. You see people, the more we fall away from the truth, the more progress Satan can make. G-D can destroy CERN, or just keep putting spanners into its workings to delay the end results.
THAT IS THE BEST I CAN PUT IT FOR NOW.

Only G-D will be able to put and end to this madness, that our evil wicked government in high places, are deliberately perpetrating upon us, to bring in their antichrist. They want anarchy and total chaos, the same as the Muslims do. But little do they know or understand, that what there doing, will be the direct result of their own undoing.
May G-D have mercy on all of us.
