Prophetic Earthquakes

For Fair Use Discussion and Educational Purposes

Two stories in a row speak so loudly of the prophecies which will increase in the time leading up to the Return of Our Lord Jesus Christ. China has hundreds die? And Yellowstone is encoded in the Bible Codes so it is no surprise about the warnings there. The prophecies spoken by Jesus to His Disciples of His Coming are being seen and felt daily now.

I am reminded about the large one that will happen in Israel in the future when the feet of Jesus Christ return to the very spot from where He left. That huge fault line will affect every fault line in the world.

Zechariah 14:4 KJB "And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south."

The book of Acts also confirms that when Jesus returns, He will return to the top of the Mount of Olives:

Acts 1:10–12 KJB "And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, 'Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.' Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day's journey."

What is so neat is that Scientist are confirming the very conditions that are in place to allow such a huge earthquake to happen. One of the largest tectonic plate faults on earth is in this area of the Jordan Valley. The large fracture runs right through the middle of the Mt. of Olives from east to west.

Zechariah 14:1-5 (KJV)
1. Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

3 Then shall the Lord go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.

For those that say this happened in the past, notice verse 5 tells us this one that is coming will be LIKE the one during the days of Uzziah, King of Judah. Also, verse 2 Leaves no doubt when it says, "I will gather all nations...." Back in days past, all nations were not gathered.

And I am also reminded of the scripture that speak of 7,000 that will perish in Jerusalem according to "Revelation 11:13 KJV. And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell , and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven."

While I was in Jerusalem, it was pointed out that the SE corner of the Temple Mount was once known as Solomon's Stables. He actually had a huge stable there for the horses. What is there now Is an underground Mosque that encompasses that whole area and isn't it something that the number of people it will hold is 7,000?

Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem as we are commanded.... Psalm 122:6

We pray because it is only the Prince of Peace that will end the turmoil building up to fever pitch now. The Nations are gathering. Haifa is the port off the Western Shores of Israel where the ships around the world will station themselves. Our tour guide, an Israeli Christian pointed that out to us. That is the same city where the Baha Temple is located, which so many Hollywood stars/starlets seem to gravitate. I was a bit astonished to see such a grand pagan temple in Israel's Gateway but now I understand better, knowing that Israel is not, yet, all that has been promised to the Prophets of Old.

God's Word is so awesome when you can read the Word of God and take note of the constant fulfillment of God's on-going prophecies.
