This is rather an important story. One killed at a Jewish Community Center, another at a retirement home in Kansas City.

A woman was killed at a Jewish Community Center in Seattle years ago, others injured. It was big news then.

I just listened to this video, and it says three people were killed now. On the day before Passover, it should be some sort of national news?

further information on this family whose grandfather and grand-son were killed. The dead grandfather and grandson were Christian. However, the name "Corporon" is Jewish from Sephardic background, in my experience and opinion.
The grandfather and grandson were at the Jewish Community Center because the boy was going to try out for a musical contest, not because they were practicing Jews, but it seems they probably were of Jewish descent, at least from the mother's side. But the boy, Reed, sang in a Christian church choir. A friend tells me that it was stated on Fox News that grandfather and grandson were Christian. The mother made a profound and beautiful statement of faith on a CNN interview.
I expect the news may (or may not) eventually be that the family was part Jewish (with name Corporon) and that they were nevertheless Christian, at least the boy's family and his grandfather....what other relatives may be is not yet stated.
The shooter probably thought they were worthy of death because they were at a Jewish Community Center.

The other dead person was at an assisted care facility, and she was a therapist taking care of sight-impaired children.
Her name and faith were not given, perhaps they will be.

In modern times you cannot tell from names and spiritual affiliation what people's ethnic backgrounds are.
