In today's show, Pastor Mike Hoggard discusses DNA, Jesus and the Bible.

David Yonggi Cho, South Korean Mega-Church Pastor named and claimed his way to a fraud conviction for stealing from his ministry, receiving five years of probation and ordered to pay restitution. The prosperity gospel (witchcraft) teaches that God is at your beck and call, but this time God did not provide a "get out of jail free" card. Looks like he will have to flap those lips a little harder or take some correspondence classes from Benny Hinn or Kenneth Copeland

Kenneth Copeland took a giant step towards the Vatican in the spirit of ecumenism, paving the way for Charismatics to come under mother Rome.

Did you know that the Bible is not a thing, but is a person? How can that be? It is pages and pages of paper bound together by glue, letters printed in black, sometimes red. It cannot move, it has to be carried. It is mute, no sound or speech comes out of it. Pastor Mike uses part of a study brother Brady Crum did showing Scriptures that prove that the Bible is Jesus and Jesus is the Bible.

We worship Jesus, but Scriptures themselves necessitate their worship by believers. See if you do not come to the same conclusion after today's program as you study for yourself with the leading of the Holy Spirit. Those who have settled this issue and the issue of the King James Bible being the only truly inspired, God-breathed English translation have met with some strong opposition -- up to and including persecution -- can stand tall, and accept that God Himself called you to be peculiar and set apart in these last days as a guide for others.

Our salvation is only as good as the Word spoken to us. If that Word is corrupted, impure, then your salvation will also be corrupt. Even though this Way is perfect, we are to share our knowledge with humility, exercising patience, waiting for God to open eyes and hearts, not forgetting what God brought us out of. Maybe we used to think all Bibles had errors, or that King James Bible believers were cultish or holier than thou. Since the Garden of Eden, Satan has been in the business of corrupting God's Word by trying to edit the Book that God wrote.

The marvelous human body is also a book that God wrote -- it's called DNA. Genetic scientists, already having mapped the human genome, have now discovered a way to edit this book through a process named CRISPR. With a little addition here, subtraction there, they theoretically can turn monkeys into men and men into "something higher." Only the Creator has the right to open this book and God promises in His Book to trade our imperfect flesh in for new bodies, but only if we agree to His terms and sign the contract that is offered in the New Testament -- through the Blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross.

Jesus is called the Rock of our salvation, the chief corner stone and we are lively stones of New Jerusalem which comes down from heaven. Four squares -- NOT pyramidal as some erroneously teach. Pastor Mike will expound on that false teaching in a future study. There is a new movie about Jesus called "The Son of God." Reviews are mixed, but one noticeable error is that Jesus is called "the only Son of God," whereas the Bible says He is "the only begotten Son of God." Yes, it does make a difference.
