FOR FAIR USE DISCUSSION AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES

This subject is such a touchy item that to stand for what the Bible clearly tells us is the Day that God set aside as His Day of Rest, that it will make people bristle like no other subject. They will tell you that it has always been Sunday since Jesus Christ arose on Sunday. Well, that is not entirely true at all. Jesus Christ arose at the end of the Sabbath and the tomb was already empty by time the women came to embalm him. Remember the Jewish days began with the night and ended with the day. He, as the Risen Saviour, Lord of the Sabbath, then took upon himself the office of High Priest where He presented Himself as the First-Fruit of the Dead. That was the whole purpose of the Feast of First Fruits.

Something that few Christians of today realize is that God's Word was kept from their personal possession and examination for so many long years by the ruling Church of Rome, who dictated to them everything from when to sit, kneel, stand, repeat words they didn't even understand, not eat meat and contribute money to get their loved ones out of a place they invented called Purgatory.....a pretty neat way to collect more revenues from an already ignorant people yearning for a God they didn't know how to reach.

Even Protestant denominations speak about keeping the Sabbath as if it is one of the 613 laws of Leviticus, instead one of the Ten Commandments. Moses did not come down the mountain with all 613 laws written upon those tablets, remember that. Those came later as the priesthood was established. They will speak about killing, stealing, adultery, coveting, lying, etc. yet seem to have no problem with moving the Sabbath,{ which means Seven}, into the 1st day of the week slot. Isn't there something very unethical about this whole thing?

Along with substituting the Roman Church, now known as the Universal Empire, this religion of Rome added to God's Word by including their own pagan holidays and cleverly putting their religious spin of why they were holy and need to be observed. I'm sorry if this hurts feelings but it is a fact of history that the very strict at keeping God's Word, such as the Quakers, suffered persecution rather than keep Sunday Worship and later the pagan holiday of Christmas, Easter, All Souls Day, All Saints Day, etc. When a people haven't the Truth of God's Word to guide them, they are at the mercy of concocted tales that are sugar-coated with all the trappings of how wonderful their pagan holiday is to observe. Why is it called sugar-coated instead of vinegar-coated?

A very good presentation, which I had to learn myself by the Word of God. A warning; this very subject will be the thing that will subject one to the verdict of death by the Noahide Laws soon to be implemented.

This is one of the scarious things to even consider, but we should. It could happen any day, that we are faced with the decision of accepting Sunday worship as law and many Christians will not have a leg to stand on because we have willingly followed and defended man's command and opposed our Lord's. I am open to ANYTHING the Lord is now showing me whether good or bad, because it is for...my...good.

We think nothing about the laws and judgements we live under on a daily bases, submit to them and try hard not to break them either do we, for even they are written on our hearts. We only have to hear the law one time and it is plasterd on the memory of our heart. We automatically know when we have broken one of them because of the coviction in us. Then we wait for the consequences if we are caught. It is the same way with God's laws, statutes, and commandments. Accept, when we break them we repent and grace, because of the blood of Christ is passed over us...but the law is still there.

We kick against the goads of correction, the Holy Spirit and encouragement to simply do that which Christ practiced and asked us to do...to 'REMEMBER" the Sabbath day and keep it holy. Why do we think He wanted us to REMEMBER? Because He knew what we would come up against with the usurping activity of the Church of Rome. This is a false church and its tenacles are everywhere and in every aspect of our lives.

Brothers and Sisters, we can not be a Paul only body, Christ gave us the entire book. And we are to "search from the book of the Lord and read". Isa 34:16 We are to take it precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little. Isa 28:13
