Unveiling the Truth of Daniel Chapters 2 and 7

You have probably heard it taught before that the statue king Nebuchadnezzar dreamed in Daniel chapter 2 is about four kingdoms: Babylon, Media/Persia, Greece, and Rome, and the feet and toes being an extension of Rome or the EU or UN. This scenario is what has been taught for years and could almost be considered doctrine within Christendom today: a scenario I also subscribed to for many years.

I have been a Christian now for over 37 years. I am not a theologian or scholar by any means, and I have never attended seminary, but I am an avid student of His word, as I am taught by Him (1 John 2: 20; 27). I say that to say this:

In December of 2012 I had a unique experience where I was at my local coffee shop with laptop replying to an email I had received about Daniel chapter 7. Before replying I wanted to refresh my mind to the chapter at hand, so I opened my bible and began reading. What happened next I honestly cannot explain except that He, in that moment, opened my mind to understand this chapter in exactly the way it was meant to be understood…no more speculating to what this chapter was conveying.

Immediately after reading Daniel chapter 7 He led me to read Daniel chapter 2 with the same experience. I was dumbfounded to say the least, as I sat there gazing from the inside of the coffee shop, and looking out the window, oblivious to my surroundings. He had just revealed to me where we stand on His timeline, and to just how close we actually are to these things breaking loose on earth, as spoken of in scripture, and His Second Coming.

I want to stress that just because He opened my mind to understand these things does not make me more important or more holier than our next brother or sister in Christ, for there still is the doing of His word: to be you holy, for I Am holy (1 Pet. 1: 16; Heb. 12: 14).

Because of how Daniel chapters 2 and 7 have been taught over the years has caused most in Christendom to speculate these two chapters, which also causes blindness to these times we are currently living in, as they have come to a conclusion to what appears to be the correct view, but in truth is limiting their biblical prophetic view.

It is my hope and prayer that what you read here will be seriously considered, because after you read it, and then comparing what He revealed to me in these two chapters in Daniel to the current time, should cause you to react as I did on that day.

I would like to now share what He revealed to me on that day in December of 2012:

Daniel 2:

The statue king Nebuchadnezzar dreamed reveals seven kingdoms that would have world dominion over the six thousand years allotted to mankind before that “king” (man of sin) stands up, and then, after a prolonged season of the man of sin being king, then the Millennial Kingdom of Christ.

The four kingdoms of the statue are already identified in scripture:

1) Babylon (gold)
2) Media/Persia (silver)
3) Greece (brass)
4) Rome (iron)

But even though Babylon is first mentioned on the statue it was not the first kingdom to have world dominion. The first kingdom to have world dominion was Egypt. (Egypt is not mentioned on the statue because it had been removed from power, as Babylon ruled in its stead). Therefore Egypt takes first position on the model of the statue. Thus it looks like this:

1) Egypt
2) Babylon
3) Media/Persia
4) Greece
5) Rome

Feet and Toes:

There has been much debate and speculation to what represents the feet and toes, but history proves it was during the Rome period, His First Advent. During this time He came not to bring peace on earth, but division by His gospel (Lk. 12: 51).

After His cross, and then Pentecost, came the Church Age. This was the stone that was cut without hand, and smote the image that became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth: the gospel of Christ going forth into the world shared by His church that was being established (Dan. 2:35).

The “potters’ clay” refers to His chosen people. God is the Potter, and the Jews, the clay. Thus “potters’ clay” refers to all His chosen people, the Jews. His desire was to form and make them into His image. Those Jews that became born again are “the clay,” and since we know that He died for all (Jew and Gentile) then those Romans that became born again refer to those that are “part of iron.” Therefore that part of the clay and iron refer to believers, part iron and part clay.

The other part of clay, the “miry clay,” refers to those unbelieving Jews, and those of “iron mixed with the miry clay” refers to that part of unbelieving Romans, as believers have no fellowship with unbelievers; and the kingdom was ruled by the strength of the iron (Romans).

Because of this division it brought about a divided Roman kingdom, the sixth kingdom (vs. 41). Thus the model of the statue now looks like this:

1) Egypt
2) Babylon
3) Media/Persia
4) Greece
5) Rome (First Advent)
6) Divided Rome

Scripture tells us that as the toes of the feet were part of iron (believing Romans) and part of clay (believing Jews), so the kingdom shall be partly strong (made up of unbelievers), and partly broken (believers crushed or fragmented; vs. 42). Thus the toes consist of believers (iron and clay) and the feet, the Roman kingdom that consists of unbelievers (iron mixed with miry clay).

Scripture then goes on to say that the “iron mixed with miry clay” (unbelievers) will “mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they will not cleave to one another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.”

In other words, the unbelieving Romans and Jews would have sexual relations with one another, and just like iron does not mix with clay, so this first generation of unbelievers (Romans and Jews) would not continue to cohabit, even as He allowed the Ottoman Empire to come and remove the Divided Roman kingdom from its stead. (The Assyrian and Ottoman Empires never had world dominion like these other kingdoms, but was only His tool to exercise His judgment, for sin had become exceedingly sinful. This judgment can be seen in Is. 9: 8-10: 7 (vs. 43).

The offspring of these unbelievers would produce a multi-cultural group which would come forth, and in His time, and after the Ottoman Empire, a melting pot kingdom would emerge, the seventh kingdom, the United States of America, that would have world dominion.

Thus the model of the statue now looks like this:

1) Egypt
2) Babylon
3) Media/Persia
4) Greece
5) Rome
6) Divided Rome
7) U.S.A.

Scripture says, “And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom” (vs. 45). I would like to suggest that “the days of these kings” is speaking of a particular time after the seventh kingdom, which when it comes, then His Second Coming!

The great God has made known to us the understanding of Daniel 2, and the interpretation of it is sure (vs. 45).

It’s my hope that you will do the same thing that king Nebuchadnezzar did when you come to accept this truth of the interpretation (verse 46).

Now I will share what He revealed to me in Daniel chapter 7.

Daniel 7:

Most of us we have been taught that the “four beasts that come up from the sea” coincides with those four kingdoms from Daniel chapter 2: Babylon (lion/w eagle’s wings), Media/Persia (bear w/three ribs), Greece (leopard w/four wings), and Rome (great terrible beast w/ten horns).

It’s predominately taught the bear having “three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it” refers to Egypt, Libya, and Ethiopia pressing into and trying to take over the Media/Persia kingdom; that the leopard refers to Greece, as it’s assumed the four wings on the back of the fowl refers to those four generals after Alexander the Great; that the great terrible beast refers to Rome or an extension of it.

But He grabbed my attention that these four beasts did not coincide with those nations as taught, but to something else that has been hid in plain sight is what it says in Daniel 8: 22.

The sum of the matters in Daniel chapter 8 tells that Greece (he goat) over takes the Media/Persian kingdom (the ram); that after Alexander the Great (great horn) then comes his four generals; and after the four generals then “four kingdoms shall stand up out the nation, but not in his power” (vs. 22).

My question to Him was how can “the nation” (a particular nation) have four kingdoms stand up out of it?

One thought is that “the nation” develops four other kingdoms that come out of it, but that’s not how scripture reads, as it says, “four kingdoms shall stand up out of…”

The word for “stand” is amad, meaning to abide; be present; to stay, tarry. In other words these four kingdoms stay put; they don’t produce other kingdoms. In other words, these four kingdoms are of the nation.

The answer concerning these four beasts that come up from the sea is that these beasts refer to eras. In other words four eras make up the nation.

What we shall see is that Daniel chapter 7 is all about the seventh kingdom from Daniel chapter 2, as it took four eras for the nation to become a dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly beast (vs. 7).

Now let us look more closely at Daniel chapter 7:

Here is the interpretation of the four beasts that come up out of the sea:


1st Era (1789 – 1913)
"The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings…" (Dan. 7: 4a)

Settlers came from England (lion) and would travel to what would become the U.S. (upon eagles’ wings), but it did not become an official nation until the inauguration of President Washington in 1789.

"…I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it" (Dan. 7: 4b)

Just as Jesus was taken up by the devil showing Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment in time, likewise Daniel was shown in a moment the beginning and end of the seventh kingdom. The 1st era ended with the establishment of the Federal Reserve in 1913.

2nd Era (1913 – 1933)
"And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh" (Dan. 7: 5).

The Hebrew word for “bear” is dob, which means slow, which represents how the devil works: slow and steady; methodical to accomplish his agenda of total control.

The “three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it” refer to the devils three deceptions to bring corrupt by his influences:

1. Financial (establish Federal Reserve: C & L: to chase the American Dream)
2. Political (establish lawlessness)
3. Spiritual (establish 501 (c) 3 tax exempt status to unite church and state)

Satan’s three deceptions have influenced Americans and other countries to:
• Mind the things of the world (1 Jn. 2: 15-16)
• Chase the “American Dream” (Ezek. 28: 4; 1 Tim. 6: 10)
• Compromise faith (Col 1: 23; Heb. 11: 1; 6)

The 2nd era ended in 1933 when FDR came to Office; FDR is the only four-term President the U.S. ever had.

3rd Era (1933 – 1953)
"After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it" (Dan. 7: 6).

In the Aramaic the word for leopard is namer, which means serene; in control. The phrase "upon the back of it four wings of a fowl" speaks of something or someone lifting the fowl (bird = eagle = U.S.) to dominion.

The term "four heads" in Aramaic means chief person. When we put all these things words and phrases together we come to realize this verse is speaking of President FDR and his administration who lifted the U.S. out of the great depression, giving it world dominion coming after WWII. Even though FDR died before completing his fourth term, and then Vice-President Truman succeeded the Office, being the one who ordered the dropping of the atomic bomb, it was FDR who was the chief person of his administration to give dominion to the U.S., thus the U.S. becoming a beast. President Truman would serve another term. This 3rd era (aka the great era) ended in 1953, ushering in the 4th era.

4th Era (1953 – 2009)
"After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns" (Dan. 7: 7).

Coming out of WWII, the U.S. in the 3rd era would wax into a great beast in the fourth era via these ten Presidents:

1) Eisenhower (1953 – 1961)
2) JFK (1961 – 1963)
3) LBJ (1963 – 1969)
4) Nixon (1969 – 1974)
5) Ford (1974 – 1977)
6) Carter (1977 – 1981)
7) Reagan (1981 – 1989)
8) Bush Jr. (1989 – 1993)
9) Clinton (1993 – 2001)
10) Bush Jr. (2001 – 2009)

During the 4th era the U.S.A. would be a beast: dreadful, terrible, and strong exceedingly, as it would rule the world in its dominion. When President Bush Jr. ended his time in the office this also ended the 4th era, as after these ten Presidents then Daniel saw another little horn come up from among them.

The Little Horn
"I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things" (Dan. 7: 8).

Scripture says that Daniel considered the horns (ten Presidents), in which came up among them another little horn. According to scripture that which succeeds these ten Presidents would be the little horn, that man of sin, the son of perdition.

On January 20, 2009 Barack Hussein Obama was inaugurated President of the U.S.A. According to scripture Obama is the little horn, even as he came up from among them during the fourth era.

The word for “little” in Aramaic is ryez, which corresponds to ze`eyr, which means little quality, or, of time, which is akin to tsa`ar, which means insignificant. Putting all of this together scripture identifies the little horn as one who is insignificant when he comes up, and that he would have little experience. (Did not BHO come up insignificantly with little experience?)

Scripture also says that the little horn “shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practice, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people” (Dan. 8: 24).

And that “through his policy he will cause craft (deceit) to prosper in his hand, and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many…” (Dan. 8: 25).

Scripture gives further detail and informs us that the little horn would be “a vile person whom they shall not give the honor of the kingdom: but he will come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries” (Dan. 11: 21).

Scripture also says that the little horn shall enter peaceably among the fattest places of the providence (the White House in Washington D.C.); and shall do what his fathers have not done, neither his fathers' fathers (America's former Presidents and Forefathers);

and after the league made with him (a secret ritual with those by the powers that be in government) he will work deceitfully;

and he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches (nationalize); yes, he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time” (he will devise a cunning plan against the military).

I don’t know about you, but that which scripture describes of the little horn fits exactly with the things that Obama has done, and is currently doing: from the time he campaigned for the Office of the Presidency in 2008 until now.

It’s my strong conviction that that man of sin, the son of perdition was revealed as that “king” on Jan. 20, 2009, as that is when he officially became “king,” the President of the United States of America, even as he came up during the 4th era of the seventh kingdom.

Obama has served one four-year term already and is now in his second term. The purpose of Him revealing Obama, that man of sin, the son of perdition when he did, is because sin has become exceedingly sinful (the same reason He allowed the Assyrians and the Ottomans to overtake His chosen people).

Obama is His tool to exercise His judgment. He is allowing Obama to waste away the U.S., and to ultimately remove the dominion the U.S. had during the 4th era.
