And here is why God will not let any peace treaty stand between Israel and the Palestine : Remember, Jesus said He came to fulfill the prophecies of the Old Testament.

Numbers 33:55-56

"But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be irritants in you eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall harass you in the land where you dwell. Moreover IT SHALL BE THAT I WILL DO TO YOU AS I THOUGHT TO DO TO THEM."

Joshua 23:12-13

"Or else, if indeed you do go back, and cling to the remnant of these nations -- these that remain among you -- know for certain that the Lord your God will no longer drive out these nations from before you. But they shall be snares and traps to you , and scourges on your sides and thorns in your eyes, UNTIL YOU PERISH FROM THIS GOOD LAND WHICH THE LORD YOUR GOD HAS GIVEN YOU."

Judges 2:2-4

"AND YOU SHALL MAKE NO COVENANT WITH THE INHABITANTS OF THIS LAND; you shall tear down their alters. But you have not obeyed My voice. Why have you done this ? Therefore I also said, I will not drive them out before you; but they shall be thorns in your side, and their gods shall be a snare to you. NOW YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING SCRIPTURE :

Luke 21:22-23

"For these are the days of vengeance, THAT ALL THINGS WHICH ARE WRITTEN MAY BE FULFILLED, For there WILL BE GREAT TRIBULATION IN THE LAND and WRATH UPON THIS PEOPLE."

"The land" and "this people" of Israel , that is !

Luke then goes on to describe the coming Day of the Lord rapture:

Luke 21:28

"Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NEAR."

According to Your Infallible Word, come lord Jesus !
