Jesus spoke of the eagles being gathered together at the carcass in His Olivet Discourse which was His answer to the question : "What will be the sign of your coming ?"

The mystery of the "Catching Away" was not taught until Paul taught it after the birth of the Church. The Olivet Discourse is Jesus answering His disciples' question of what would be the sign of His Coming; not when would be the time of the "Catching Away" of the church.

When He returns, how will his coming be seen? Every eye will see Him. I believe it is very safe to say that the Rapture and the Second Coming are not the same event, right?

Matthew 24:27-28

The Great Tribulation of those days are not just directed at Israel as you make it sound but directed at the Elite, the Eagles who are really serpents in disguise who pretend to be Jews but are not along with their gentile cohorts who hope to encircle the True Israelites and destroy them once and for all, making carcass for themselves to feed upon but the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will not allow that to happen. These Eagle Nations then go after the rest of those that call themselves by His Name when they don't succeed against True Jews. But what happens? He sends out His angels to the four corners of the wind and gathers "His Elect".

The Hebrew/Israelites or whatever one wants to call them have always been "The Chosen, The Elect". Ask any Jew and he will tell you that they wish the Great I am would chose someone else. They've seen more heartache due to their unbelief than any other people. They should have been completely destroyed by now due to the hatred of the world's elite serpents but by God's design, they have only multiplied as the sand upon the beach. By time, it has come to this point, the Church, the Bride, the Body has been taken to the Father's House where they join their Bridegroom. They are up in Heaven when that horrible time of a 1/2 hour of silence happens which is a time so horrible that all of heaven is "Speechless", watching the Carnage taking place. Then Jesus Christ's Coming, which will be so bright that it is seen by every man happens. That is His Second Coming, his feet standing upon the Mt. of Olives splitting it into two, one side to the north, the other to the south. I don't need to provide the scripture for all of this; it is well known for those that read the Word of God.

Respectfully, I am going to use God's own scriptures here about what will take place and who the Elect are as described at the end.

Matthew 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Matthew 24:22
And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

Mat 24:29-31 "Immediately after the distress of those days, 'the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.' At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather THE ELECT from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other." (emphises mine) Those that have been caught up are no longer here so these Elect are the Israelites and remaining gentiles that did not take the mark of the beast.

Now, in regard to keeping our eyes upon what is taking place in the heavens and using it as a tool to witness to an unbelieving world who is tired of hearing people spout scripture, which make little sense to them but want to see concrete evidence of the days we live in, there has been given these signs to get their attention.

Joel 2:28-32 (NIV) "...I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days. I will show signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved... "

It just may be that Nibiru has been camouflaged with evidence of Ison but are one and the same with "Wormwood". Only God knows the real deal here at this time but one thing we do know, He has put something out there that is racing towards earth and more and more people are paying attention. These same people will be looking for God's help that comes in the many posts that are put on Steven's site here.

There really is not much to be happy about unless one lives in a simple world of their own making.

Also, I agree that to just be happy now is something we can hope for, but awareness of the plight of others will always make sorrow our paramount condition. Those on another forum who say we should be "hilarious" at the thought of going to the Lord have a point, but it's a blunted point, blunted with knowing what is coming, and is already here, of sorrow on the Earth.

Also I think that signs and wonders of all sorts are the Lord's way to point to our path. Private dreams and visions point to the paths of individuals, and some people will believe those dreams and visions of others, perhaps because they too have had dreams and visions sent by the Lord. Yet, celestial signs are prophesied by the Lord, to also make aware the whole of mankind who will look and listen.
