You know the thing that convinces me of the Millennium is that scripture speaks of it. Did someone forge those scriptures? I just don't know Patti; I've given thought to why would Satan be loosed once again and have asked myself, "How many generations will have to be tempted by him once again?" Is it just those born during that time and finally when the New Jerusalem comes down.... after the remaking of Heaven and earth....finally the end of the Old.

So, until I can reconcile all of this, I will believe this way because I sure don't believe there will 7 years of burning weapons during some 7 year Tribulation period.

Yet, those weapons are burned over the course of some 7 years.

I'm not firm on that topic at this time and probably won't be, ok?

See how the apostle admonishes us to dress like warriors? Note the reason at v13 "that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil" and "that you may be able to withstand in the evil day" and "having done all, to stand"; you see Paul is saying "Prepare for WAR!" he is not nor has any true teacher ever said "Don't worry you will disappear!" PREPARE TO FIGHT!

Now, these carnal things are only signifying spiritual things: the sword is the Word of God; our weapons of warfare are not carnal; and all of the warriors in the prophets are prophesying spiritual warriors- teachers. The antichrist does not come with carnal weapons to wage carnal war, he comes with an arsenal of spiritual weapons to wage spiritual war on the churches. Our weapon is TRUTH, his weapon is LIES- false teachings, corrupted understandings, doctrines of devils, etc.

These are the weapons that are burned in that day; they are not burning up carnal weapons. What is being signified is that after the second advent, the true sons of God being made manifest now begin to teach the nations in truth, Satan no longer allowed to deceive anyone, locked in the pit; the 1,000-year period is a time of great teaching of the truth; and through this, we "burn up the weapons" through teaching truth without deception being around, all of the false doctrines, commandments of men, doctrine of devils- all of these WEAPONS of warfare, will be burned up in the fire of the everlasting gospel.

When you see things being burned up in fire, it is meaning things being consumed by the Word of God. The truth being taught burns up, consumes, false teachings. This is what is being burned, there are not actually burning of carnal weapons. There will be no carnal weapons used at all in the military campaign of the King of Confusion; it is spiritual weapons for spiritual war of deception. Then the deceiver gets burned up, and his weapons get burned up, and everything is purified from these false things through the teaching of the elect in the 1,000-year day of the Lord.

This is what Peter was talking about when he teaches the "elements" would be burned up in fire at the day of the Lord. This doesn't mean rocks and iron and such, these "elements" are already taught to be "vain tradition" and "commandmdnet of men":

Ga 4:3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:
Ga 4:9 But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
Col 2:20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

rudiments/elements both same word "stoicia"; you see then these elements, these "philosophies and vain deceits" these are what are burned up by the fire, and the fire is the WORD OF GOD.

This is all a war of teachers. Armageddon is not a gathering of carnal warfare, it is a gathering of spiritual warfare: a battle of teachers. In one of Patti's posts was about the "children/young men/fathers" progression of spiritual maturity: and this is all based out of David' temple design given to him by the Spirit: these are the "mighty men of renown" and the "great ones" in David's army; these mighty carnal warriors of the old covenant signify the might spiritual warriors of the new covenant. Mighty teachers of truth.

Remember that the Lord is using things we can see to teach us about the things we cannot see; using the visible to illustrate the invisible. Because it's the invisible things that truly matter. But do not get caught up in confusing the sign for that which it signifies.

Just wanted you to know John, I enjoyed your post immensely. I had never thought of it that way, but it does make sense. We know The Lord's thoughts are so above ours and He will let Satan tempt us as long as is necessary to convince all of creation that Righteousness will prevail in the fullness of time. Many have pondered why a Just God would let Satan and his evil have such a free reign. We weren't there at his fall but satan was able to convince a third of all of heaven to go with him. Had God just wiped him out of existence then, the other two thirds might have always wondered if satan was right. This way, God's way, there will be no doubt, no question's, no second thoughts by anyone that Righteousness is the right way.

For all of the words said regarding Spiritual Israel, there seems to be a total neglect of Romans 11 regarding Physical Israel. Do you not see that God has not cast away his people during that interim that the Wild Branch was grafted in?

You speak about Edom and I speak about Edom, knowing that they represent these nations (shall we say the Illuminati?) that these are physical nations that are intent on grabbing up a physical land called Israel, a land that God has determined will, once more, be given back to the people despite their sins against Him. He says that He bring them back and never more allow them to be driven off. Yes, I am aware that it was the Illuminati nations that did the work to cause Israel to become a nation in one day but it would never have happened, had it not been in God's timing to bring His Word regarding physical Israel to be gathered back to their land.

You speak about them as if they are of no consequence anymore: that is speaking against the Word of God that says otherwise. When Israel will spent 7 months to search out all the dead as a result of the War of Gog and Magog, it is a physical act back in the land that God has returned onto them. Ezekiel 37:13 "Even all the people of the land will bury them and it will be to their renown on that day, that I glorify Myself declares The Lord God."

Your mention of the 1,000 years acknowledges that there is a period known as the Millennium. I thank you for that. Sometimes, people have such a tendency to be spiritual minded that they forget that we are still in a physical earth with physical people being led by the powers of darkness that will gather together to do war against the people that the many scriptures prophesy still have a future that needs to be fulfilled. Yes, John, we who have been born-again are of Spiritual Israel. We have a Heavenly Father that loves His people so much that He wil now remove their blinders so that they can see what they have been doing and give them a chance to call out to the one that they rejected, "Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord." Jesus Christ will fight on behalf of His first Chosen, not because of who they are but because He Will be Glorified through-out all the land among all the nations.

You are right, I have no genealogy to prove who is a natural Israelite but it is no problem for the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, is it?

Bear in mind Satan doesn't actually have free reign, remember in Job he had to follow the rules laid down by the Lord; so Satan is only as free as the Lord allows him to be. It may be difficult to understand but Satan is still the servant of God, he will always follow the Lord's orders. Remember the King of Babylon, the greatest physical enemy of old covenant Israel, is specifically called over and again "My servant, the King of Babylon", as is the Assyrian of the Israel exile (also a picture of antichrist):

Jer 25:9 Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations.
Jer 27:6 And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him.
Jer 43:10 And say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will send and take Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will set his throne upon these stones that I have hid; and he shall spread his royal pavilion over them.

Now the thing is, as we look at ourselves here we see we do not have yet a perfect understanding, but it is what we seek to attain; consider that of everything in the creation, the one and only person with perfect understanding is Jesus Christ- Satan does not have this, and has imperfect understanding. So we look at Isaiah 10 and note what the Lord is saying about the Assyrian:

The Lord calls the Assyrian, the rod of his wrath, and it is being used on his children, Israel. The Lord says, he is the rod in My hand, and I am sending him to mete judgment on this people called by My Name. But then note carefully what the Lord says about the Assyrian: "but his heart doesn't think this" the Assyrian doesn't understand- doesn't know- that he is being used by the Lord; the Lord says, I am sending Him to accomplish My purpose- but he doesn't understand- he thinks it's all about his own power and strength; he thinks he is so wise and great and able to conquer the world because he is the one who is great: but it's actually Me that is making him great in the earth.

So the Lord compares him to a sword in the hand of the Lord, and asks "shall the sword think itself something? as if it was not in the power of the one wielding it?" so he is punished for this, for not giving God the glory. Let's look at something similar with the King of Babylon because he is also signifying antichrist; now if we read Daniel 4 we see this same thing happening, and the king begins to question who is responsible for his own greatness, because Daniel has just interpreted a dream the king had, and told him:

Dan 4:24 This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the most High, which is come upon my lord the king:
25 That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
26 And whereas they commanded to leave the stump of the tree roots; thy kingdom shall be sure unto thee, after that thou shalt have known that the heavens do rule.

see Daniel explains "you will learn that all of your power and glory and might is not of you, but of heaven; you did not claim this kingdom because of your own wisdom or power or might; it is only yours because the Lord of heaven has given it to you- you are nothing without God, and you will understand this in the end"; now then the king could not handle the news, could it really be that he was not a king by his own power and might?

Dan 4:29 At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon.
30 The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?
31 While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. <-7th trumpet here
32 And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.

There the king is walking and looking at GREAT BABYLON and asking "isn't all of this GREAT BABYLON because of me? is it not my hand that is power? is it not in me that is wisdom? didn't i do all of this by my own power?" and the answer comes "you are NOTHING without God, and everything you have was given to you by heaven, and nothing you have is acquired by your own hand, or your own power, or your own might"

So Satan is destroyed by being given understanding by God; the adversary is destroyed, and this is the result:

34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:
35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?
36 At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.
37 Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.



Expulsion from heaven hasn't happened; when Jesus said "I saw Satan fall like lightning" he is prophesying- Jesus is called The Prophet, He is always prophesying. There he is prophesying the parousia of the wicked one, and telling us it occurs "like lightning" which is like Jesus' own coming which will also be "like lightning"; and Jesus is saying "The coming of the wicked one is going to appear like My own coming" like lightning.


But if anyone looks at anything I'm saying, remember the 10th day of the 10th month which falls generally in December; this is when he comes

Yes, what Paul is saying isn't "carnal Israel are still the chosen" but he is saying "carnal Israel does have access through faith into the new covenant"; Paul here is answering the question of, has God completely cast away the carnal Israel? Are they barred from the new covenant? Is there no hope? And Paul says, "Not at all, I myself am carnal Israelite; all people everywhere can come into the spiritual Israel" for as he says later concerning the broken branches "God is able to graft them in again"

But as a corporate body they are done for, appointed GREAT WRATH. The only escape they have is not found in the flesh and blood, or in the names of their fathers; the only escape they have is through Jesus Christ like everyone else. The promised land isn't a piece of dirt, that piece of dirt simply signifies the new covenant- the spiritual promised land; the TRUE promised land

Look at the Exodus from Egypt. Deliverence from bondage into peace through the Passover. Egypt is the old covenant with all of its carnal rules and taskmaster regulations; Israel is the new covenant which is simplicity in Christ. Jesus came to deliver people from bondage to the law, and bring them into the peace of the new covenant: this is the spiritual Exodus; no one actually moved into a different piece of dirt, but these pieces of dirt signify movement of thought and understanding; from out of bondage to sin, and into liberty of Christ.



Edom spiritually is carnal Israel; Jacob is spiritual Israel; all of the "two sons" analogues you're seeing are showing you the two covenants. Everything is about the two covenants. See Gal 4:

22 For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.
23 But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
24 Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.
25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.
26 But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

So we're quite clearly taught by Paul that Ishmael signifies the old covenant, and the children of the old covenant; whereas Isaac signifies the new. So in the story of Isaac and Ishmael, you're see "Jews and Christians" old covenant Israel- after the flesh, and new covenant Israel- after the promise. Cain and Abel, Ishmael and Isaac, Esau and Jacob: all of these are the two covenants and the children of those covenants:



Again, how do you know the prophecy you intepret isn't to be fulfilled for another 100 years, and what you're seeing now is Illuminati gathering Midianites and calling them Israelites to fool you into thinking prophecy is being fulfilled? Consider that question honestly. We just cannot in any way determine the truth here because it's based on carnal things that can not be determined. If there was a passage or something that taught us that God would never allow this to happen, we'd be in a better position to assess it, but this isn't there. The only things we can be sure of is what is spiritual.

You put a man in front of me and ask, "Is this man offspring of Jacob by bloodlines?" and I must reply "I cannot say, it is impossible for me to know"; if the guy says "I am most certainly of Jacob" I can still only reply "Says you, but how do you know? How do I know you're not lying?" Anyone pointing at any people and saying "Those are flesh and blood offspring of Jacob" are making claims they can't possibly know to be true.

However, you put a man in front of me and ask "Is this man a spiritual Israelite?" I simply ask the man "Who is the Son?" if he reply "Jesus" I say "We have here a spiritual Israelite for sure" then I ask "What is the day and the hour?" If the man reply "No man knows" I say "He is simple a spiritual Israelite" and if he reply with knowledge "Here is not only a true Israelite- but one of the very elect"

So the carnal Israel we can have no knowledge whatsoever of who is really who; nothing but uncertainty. The spiritual Israel though? We have exacting knowledge; certainty. So ultimately the real choice is: certainty or uncertainty? Which foundation do we build our understanding on? A spiritual or a carnal?



I didn't say of no consequence though. What I can say for sure is that any carnal Israelite that denies Jesus is Christ is antichrist; so if you're showing me Israel after the flesh you are showing me the kingdom of antichrist, and antichrist- doesn't make the cut, and goes into the fire to be burned.

1Jo 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.



This was all carnally fulfilled in the days of the carnal covenant of Sinai. This is all spiritually fulfilled during the course of the new covenant; this is prophesying the ministry of the elect to come at the end of the age.

Look at the Exodus again. I am certain that you can look at the carnal events of the Exodus and - with spiritual understanding - recognize it as prophecy of the crucifixion and liberation from sin and bondage through the TRUE Deliverer, Jesus. You should have no problem understanding this, I don't think I've ever met a Christian who didn't recognize this. Moses is Jesus, the Israelites and the people going out of bondage and into the promised land of the new covenant. You should be able to look at all those Israelites departing the house of bondage and understand "these are all signifying the Christians coming out of bondage to sin and death being lead out by Jesus"

It's the same here in the prophets. Just like you're seeing with spiritual understanding, all of the Christians coming out of "Egypt" through Jesus during the exodus; this runs all the way through; so you are ALWAYS seeing Christians when it says "Israel" just like you're seeing Christians/Israel coming out of Egypt. Now remember that no one phsycally moved anywhere during the spiritual exodus- the movement was movement of understanding; movement of mind CHANGE OF MIND.



Youre saying that Jesus Christ will fight on behalf of antichrist, which cannot be anything but wrong. He is going to DESTROY antichrist.



This is what spiritual Israel is for and that is why Jesus said to Israel after the flesh:

Mt 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.



No but you're not the God of Abraham, so you don't know who really is Israel after the flesh. That's my point. I used to believe it was Israel in the middle east until someone said "Prove it" and I found I couldn't in any way. God has made the things of the flesh profitless and uncertain, and anyone who builds a house of understanding on uncertainty simply will have a flat house in the end.

But let me say, there's a lot I'm not saying because so much information it's difficult to type it all out it's so much (as you are probably already aware as well); what I would say is that, do not fret over anything you may or may not; I believe you must be of the elect otherwise you wouldn't be here with us, so this bodes well does it not? We will come to the perfect man through God, with perfect understanding to rule the nations in truth- so I hope you will understand that though we understand, not the same, we will come to unity in Christ.

What I mean is, we disagree in understanding of some things for now, but this is for now, and I hope no one thinks I am saying fearful things, or trying to make people afraid for having imperfect understanding. Despite what most teach I am saying it will turn out beyond happy ending for all of us; God is the one building the house, and he will put us where he wants us to be. ALl we do is, take up our cross and follow where he lead us.

Thank you John for your responses to the above letters. I have never heard such a complete and easily understood explanation of the difference between Physical and Spiritual Israel. I was certainly blessed by what you showed to be true using the Holy Bible.

I am so excited to have you on this site, as the topics being discussed are major foundation stones of truth, and you are such an asset to all of us who want to know the Truth and not just the religious doctrines of men.
