CHRISTIANS AREN'T ALWAYS "NICE"....and some less than others...

FOR FAIR USE AND EDUCATION AND DISCUSSION PURPOSES

We are not all created equal....that is, Christians in general. All of us have different natures, temperaments, characteristics, and attitudes towards things they like and dislike.

Where, in the Bible, does it say that we must be "nice" 24/7? Have you ever spent a lot of time with someone who was "nice" even for a few hours? You have smiles, and kind nods of the head, and hands held politely in the lap....and polite, but uneventful, conversation. There are no disagreements or arguments....and more smiles with no adverse comments. No animation or excitement is seen or heard...and always polite agreement.

AND IN TWO HOURS, OR LESS, ONE WANTS TO SCREAM AND GET "OUTTA THERE FAST"!!!!

[I know this, because, in the past, I've dated men like that...and I've associated with a LOT of "church people" like that....and I don't care to repeat the experience.]

This Christian, like me, is a bit on the "different" side. Some will love the way he says things, and some will hate it (those who fall into the "nice" category)...but it WILL draw your strict attention! It's not BORING!

I'd almost make a wager (if I believed in gambling...which I don't) that people reading the article within the link would think that I might have written it! (I'm not always "nice", but I'm always truthful). I didn't write it, but I reflect much of it's thinking.

BUT....The "bones" I would spit out after "eating the meat" are:

1. There is no "sinner's prayer" in the Bible. You become "saved" the moment you realize that you ARE a sinner, and you understand that you can't save yourself. Then you turn in the way you think (repent) and depend totally upon what Jesus did for you. And then you talk to God in whatever manner you decide upon. He will hear you...even if the words are unspoken and silent...God hears your every thought!

2. There should be NO denominations whatsoever. If you are in one, come out of it! That means ANY CHURCH who collects fees for attending.

3. It was "Israel" (not "Jews" who were apostate and practiced their own religion of Judaism) who was required to tithe to the Levitical Priesthood. We have no Levitical Priesthood today.

4. Jesus Christ was not, never has been, and is not now, a "JEW". He never practiced the "religion" of JUDAISM...just about called the Parisees and leaders of Judaism by the name of "scumbags"...well, not exactly that word, but He totally insulted them by calling the "hypocrites", "fools", and other such nasty names. He did not, in any way, shape, or form, follow the Jewish religion...and He was the "Seed" of the Holy Spirit of God....and God is NOT A JEW.

5. There is no salvation other than through Jesus Christ....ever! That is true. However, in the ages to come, after this age of salvation by grace through faith (Eph 2:8-9), there WILL come ages afterward when ALL MEN SHALL BE SAVED. "Every knee shall bow...every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord...." Romans 14:11, as well as many other scriptures say that eventually, God will save everyone.

God created EVERYONE for a purpose, and that purpose will be served. If anyone is created nasty to serve His purpose, then GOD IS RESPONSIBLE for what that person does. He "hardened Pharoah's heart"....so it's not Pharoah's fault he did what he did....God made him do it!! And God will NOT send people to hell to "torment them forever" for something God has created them to do! GOD IS IN CHARGE OF EVERYTHING. Satan can't do a darn thing without God's permission to do it....and "man" is no different.

So, if God PERMITS anything, then He has no just cause to TORTURE FOREVER that person for doing what He, Himself permits! BUT, God, Himself will get rid of the sins in men, one way or another. Christians are so brainwashed by the "doctrines of men" that they believe a loving God will throw people into "fiery furnaces" or "lakes of fire" without a perfectly good reason....and that reason is to "burn out their sin"!! This is done through faith in Jesus Christ TODAY (in this age); or it will be done by "FIRE" in another age to come....BUT ALL WILL EVENTUALLY BE SAVED.

God said it....and I believe it!
