THE PROPHET DANIEL WAS NOT A PRE-TRIBBER...........

In Daniel 12:1-2 the prophet Daniel says that the archangel Michael "stands up" to battle Satan and cast him out of heaven BEFORE Daniel describes the rapture happening AFTER the great tribulation. He describes the three events in this sequential order:

#1 First - "Michael shall stand up" Michael stands up cast Satan out of heaven 42 months before the end of the 70th Week of Daniel at mid-week.

#2 Second - "there shall be a time of trouble such as never was since there was a nation, even to that time" This is the great tribulation of Israel.

#3 Third - "And at that time your people shall be delivered, every one who is found written in the book" This is the rapture of the Church/bride.

So you see, Daniel places the rapture AFTER Michael casts Satan out of heaven AND AFTER the great tribulation of Israel. Who better to know the Truth than the prophet Daniel.

The prophet Daniel is NOT A PRE-TRIBBER !

"The wise shall understand"

Actually in one respect, Daniel was a pre tribber. He died before the tribulation and is in heaven as we post. Many of us will face a pre trib death and beat the rest of you to the pearly gates.

Right on!!!

One reason I love that Steven puts Bruce Warner postings up is that there is so much material for me to work with!

When I get get up some mornings, and I have decided to leave everyone alone for the day without my "nitpicking", then I read one by Bruce....and I usually gasp, cuss, laugh, and then I can't seem to keep my mouth shut (or my hands off the keyboard).

Unfortunately, for me, I usually can't resist a challenge. It's in my nature!

But I enjoy comical remarks because a sense of humor is essential for living in this present world. I've heard lots of stories about the "pearly gates", but most wouldn't be appropriate here....LOL!!
