EXTRA-BIBLICAL REVELATIONS.....is "seeing Jesus", personally, a Scriptural concept??

FOR FAIR USE AND EDUCATION AND DISCUSSION PURPOSES]

We are to "search the Scriptures if these things be so" whenever we hear someone tell us some "truth" we have not yet known from the Bible.

WHAT SHOULD WE BELIEVE? HOW DO WE KNOW IF THINGS THAT ARE SAID ARE FALSE?

I hear things said from "Christian" sources, who seem to be really "in touch" with the things of God. And we say, "Wow!", or "Holy cow" (not that any cow I have ever seen is any more "holy" than the next cow), or some other affirmative statement which confirms a "new enlightenment" from God.

First of all, Jesus Christ TOLD US in John 16:7 (RED LETTERS...words of Jesus, Himself):

"Nevertheless I tell you THE TRUTH; It is expedient for you that I GO AWAY: for IF I GO NOT AWAY, the Comforter WILL NOT COME UNTO YOU; but IF I DEPART, I will SEND HIM UNTO YOU."

Jesus SPECIFICALLY said that the HOLY SPIRIT (Comforter) COULD NOT BE HERE WHILE JESUS CHRIST WAS STILL HERE. Jesus had to LEAVE FIRST.

And now we are hearing from random "Christians" who have "seen Jesus face to face"; or they say, "Jesus appeared to me at the foot of my bed" (or other such place private only to that one person); or they repeat words that "Jesus" told them in person. I recently saw a video where a very intelligent Christian man was told by a small girl that she saw "Jesus crying". The reason Jesus was crying, she related, is because HE COULD NOT STOP what was happening in the world. This statement left me almost speechless!!!

As Mr.Begley says so often in his great videos, "ARE YOU SERIOUS?????"

More on what the Bible actually tells us:

Jesus TOLD US that the COMFORTER (Holy Spirit) AND HE (Jesus Christ) COULD NOT BE HERE ON EARTH AT THE SAME TIME. One (Jesus Christ), OR the other (the Holy Spirit) could be God's Power of Prophecy on this earth at one time. BOTH CANNOT BE HERE TOGETHER!

So, when "Jesus" comes to someone, when does the Holy Spirit LEAVE US? And do people actually think that Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God are a Holy "Tag" Team?? If Jesus can still travel this earth, then why was the Holy Spirit sent to us anyway? No two things can occupy the same space at the same time. That's scientific! Yet, we can believe that God actually DOES SOMETHING that is against His "laws of nature" (note: God did make the "sun stand still", and he turned the clock back for Hezekiah, but as a general rule He does not do this). Can your arm occupy the same space as your leg...at the same time? One had to "depart" (Jesus Christ) so that the Other (Holy Spirit) could come to us to guide us into ALL THE TRUTH WE NEED TO KNOW.

WE DO NOT NEED EXTRA-BIBLICAL REVELATION TODAY.....we have the WRITTEN WORD OF GOD, and we have the Holy Spirit to guide us. See John 16:13.

Acts 2:34-35..."For David is NOT ASCENDED INTO THE HEAVENS; but he saith himself, 'The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, (vs.35) UNTIL I MAKE THY FOES THY FOOTSTOOL."

So, some Christians are now saying they have made a "trip to heaven", or to the "tribulation time", or being shown something by Jesus that nobody else apparently knows....AND THEY ARE TO BE BELIEVED????

Jesus is sitting at the "right hand of God" RIGHT NOW. He does not make trips to this earth to see anyone special. He is not a "respecter of persons".....Acts 10:34. DAVID, beloved of God, is not yet ascended to heaven....and some "random" Christians are??? Again, I don't think so!

BUT...II Corinthians 11:13-15 tells all of us...."For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. (vs.14) And no marvel; FOR SATAN HIMSELF IS TRANSFORMED INTO AN ANGEL OF LIGHT. (vs.15) Therefore it is no great thing if HIS MINISTERS (Satan's helpers) also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works."

I am not the one who said this....God did! I'm just reminding people who don't know what the Bible says, what it ACTUALLY SAYS!

Why are Christians looking for Jesus Christ ANYWHERE but where the Bible says he is...SITTING AT THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD. His Angels TOLD US just exactly how He will be returning, and it is WRITTEN for us to read:

Acts 1:11.."...."Ye men of Galilee, (and everybody else, too) why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this SAME Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall SO COME IN LIKE MANNER AS YE HAVE SEEN HIM GO INTO HEAVEN."

When "Jesus" has appeared to anyone "face to face", or otherwise, in this present world, did He appear in a "CLOUD" as vs.9 tells us about? If that "cloud" did not bring Him back, and if "every eye" did not see Him come back....then it was ANOTHER JESUS who was seen.

That's what the Bible says. And if Christians actually believe these "tales told by..." **(I almost said it..tsk! tsk!) those who don't know any better, then they are RIPE FOR DECEPTION!

Please be wary of "false prophecies", and these include "dreams", and "visions" or anything that cannot be pointed out in the pages of the KJV Bible.
