GOD'S CHOSEN PEOPLE....the absolute truth!

FOR FAIR USE AND EDUCATION AND DISCUSSION PURPOSES

The MOST important doctrine to learn in the Bible is salvation through the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. And, I believe the SECOND most important thing to learn and know (and, seemingly, the MOST difficult) is in understanding WHO God's "chosen people", or "the elect of God" really are.

Because of misunderstanding of what the Bible says about this, much division has been caused in the body of Christ (the Church). And, I have been researching for a long time to find SOMEONE who totally understands the truth as I also see it.

Last night, and for many nights (and days) in the past, I have prayed that I could be shown how to make others understand a most grievous error believed by too many in the Church. I think He allowed me to find this one today...and now I feel peace.

There should be NO divisions amongst us such as Pentecostals, Church of Latter-Day-Saints, Roman Catholics, Lutherans, Methodists, Dispensationalists, Futurists, Preterists, pre-trib, post-trib, a-millennial, pre-millennial, etc, ad nauseum. Those are all "splits" from Bible truth. There is SOME truth in ALL them, but not ALL the truth is in ANY of them.

Jesus never named anyone with a LABEL except for His "called", His "chosen", and His "faithful"...see Revelation 17:14. THESE ARE HIS "ELECT" throughout the WHOLE BIBLE. God is no respecter of persons..Rom.2:11. HE, alone, does the choosing. We are not born into it (by the flesh), and we don't make the choice by ourselves...John 6:44. And we should know who they are.

If the truth of this is not understood, then anything which branches from this misunderstanding is not the truth either. And this is only ONE of the primary errors being made. No, I don't know everything yet, and I probably won't in this short lifetime.....but I live every day trying to learn more, and each day I do. That's what our "work" is during our time as Christians...to learn the truths of the Bible...II Tim. 2:15.

I must say that there is a division in the church--between those very few who stand only on the inerrant KJV Bible as the source for truth--- and the vast majority you mentioned who allow error to creep in......

The Baptists were never part of the Roman heresy,, not the heresy promoted by the mainstream prodestant churches today....
