"High watch date Tu B'Av (the happiest Jewish holiday in ancient times)... Aug 2-3 this year"

Last year ( 2011 ) was a year filled with high expectations. It was 63 years since the rebirth of Israel. Subtracting 7 years of tribulation from 70 years for a generation ( Psalm 90: vs.10 ) then last year surely looked spot on. There certainly were enough clear signs that seemed to support that conclusion as well. Huge earthquakes, wars, rumors of wars, movement towards a one world economic system, and so much more. Yet there was one parable spoken by Jesus that alluded to waiting one extra year...


Luke 13:6-9

6 And he told this parable: "A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came seeking fruit on it and found none. 7 And he said to the vinedresser, `Lo, these three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and I find none. Cut it down; why should it use up the ground?' 8 And he answered him, `Let it alone, sir, this year also, till I dig about it and put on manure. 9 And if it bears fruit next year, well and good; but if not, you can cut it down.'


I don't know if this points to our having to wait until this year, but it might be so. If so, then our hope that the rapture will be this year is well founded.


Like many others I was again watching most expectantly for the rapture this spring. Yet, still we are here. Lately there has been a lot posted on the month of Av. Further developments in Syria, the world's economies and so forth all have us sitting on the edge of our seats.


As Tu B'Av approaches, the holiday regarded by the ancient Jews as the happiest of all the holidays, we need to be on high alert. Tu B'Av was when the virgins dressed in white and danced in the vineyards to attract husbands. Some rabbis see Tu B'Av as when the Messiah chooses a bride as well. ( You can view the link I have previously posted to find out more about that. For brevity start watching about 49 or 50 minutes in, but watch the whole thing if you can). The holiday of Tu B'Av commemorated when the Jews no longer had to sleep in their graves as punishment for rejecting the the spies (Midrash) and followed Joshua into the promised land. These are all parallels, or pictures of the rapture.


Every year I post information on Tu B'Av in hopes that more people will include it as a high watch date. This year, I do so again. I have also posted a great deal in previous years on Rabbi Kaduri's predictions. I know that if we get word that Ariel Sharon has passed away in the upcoming weeks, it might be the wake up call to be ready. We'll have to wait and see.



Tu B'Av occurs on August 2 / 3 this year. We can't be one hundred percent certain it is the date of the rapture, but it could well be. It most assuredly is a high watch date on my calendar.
