"Days 40 and 41: From Shavuot (Pentecost) To Golden Calf"

Dear Doves,

In the Book of Exodus there are 40 days from Shavuot (Pentecost), when the Mosaic Marriage Covenant was made and consummated between YHVH and those of the 12 tribes of the house of Israel.

Day 40, Tammuz 16, was also the tragic day with the making and then the worshipping of the idol of gold, the golden calf debacle.

On day 41, Tammuz 17, Moses descended from Mount Sinai, saw the horror, and broke the two stone tablets of the ketubah, the written evidence of the divine marriage.

The people were obedient and faithful to their marriage vows until the afternoon of Tammuz 16, day 40, when they realized that Moses had not returned as promised.

They rebelled. killed the son of Miriam and Caleb (nephew to Moses), who tried to stop the disobedience. Aaron, the first high priest, fashioned the golden calf from the melted down jewelry of the Egyptians.

Some of the grave sins committed on Tammuz 16 were disobedience, defiance, pride, murder, idolatry, and adultery. Tammuz 16 was a premier day of spiritual tragedy of division and separation.

Tammuz 17 continued sins, division, and separation. Moses, upon his return in righteous rage, demanded that the people choose. In greater continuation of disobedience, defiance, and rebellion were 3000 who died that day.

Do you see a subtle link to Pentecost in this number? With the Shavuot (Pentecost) 10 days after the Ascension of Messiah there were the 120 then the 3000 transformed!

In other years, Tammuz 17 was the date for the BEGINNING of Jerusalem peril and destruction twice, in times of the First Temple and the Second Temple at Jerusalem. It was also the date of the abomination by Antiochus Epiphanus IV of Syria in 68 BCE.

The making of a covenant with the many, the prince that shall come, the abomination of desolation (idol), ending of daily sanctuary sacrifice, and Temple are themes of the 70th Week of Daniel, the last 7 years of the final shavua until The Second Coming.

According to Jewish custom, marriage may be until Tammuz 16. The days of Tammuz 17 to Av 9, are considered no marriage days. Av 9 is the anniversary day of the CULMINATION of final destruction of First and Second Temples. Might the days near Tammuz 16 or 17 be the time, the season, of The Blessed Hope? The themes of Daniel 9: 24-27 can be discerned within themes associated with Tammuz 16 and 17!

Shavuot (Pentecost) was 5-26 to 27. The day 40 begins on sunset on 7-4, beginning Tammuz 15, anniversary of The Declaration of Independence.

The date of 7-4-1776 was TAMMUZ 17!

Tammuz 16 will begin on sunset of 7-5. Tammuz 17 will begin at sunset on 7-6. The day portion will be on 7-7, a double 7. Tammuz 17 is also the date of one of 4 dates in the Noah stories related to a day 17!

On Tammuz 17, Noah released and sent the dove on its journey to find dry land of their destination, their permanent home. A DOVE is A SYMBOL OF THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH which is associated with Shavuot (Pentecost) and the sending of The Spirit to indwell. There is a powerful connection between Shavuot (Pentecost), then 40 days, then Tammuz 16-17 with The Spirit of Truth with the symbol of a dove!

Might we be in the midst of final 40-43 days of our preparations before being sent home, to go to our destination for the last shavua of the 70th Week of Daniel?

This momentous period highlights the themes of the beast and the false prophet, abomination (idol), sacrifices, Temple, and Jerusalem for the "earth dwellers" as they are called in the Book of Revelation.


Will The Day of The Blessed Hope, THE DAY OF DIVISION AND SEPARATION, be between 7-4 and 7-7, on day 40, 41, 42, or 43? We shall see. Come quickly, Lord...
