2012 Election : Obama vs Romney

HINTS THAT ROMNEY CAN BEAT OBAMA. ( 4/6/2012 )


In wrapped Torah there is one 10-letter ELS of OBAMA-ROMNEY and another of ROMNEY-OBAMA. As was the case in my search for all Republican candidates in 2011-2012, all candidates in 2008, and with an earlier study by my son of U.S. presidents from Washington to George W. Bush, an effort was made to pair the axis term with PRESIDENT. On Figure 1 the word PRESIDENT is seen at a special case skip, that of the axis term (OBAMA-ROMNEY). Special case skips are +/- 1 or the absolute skip of the axis term. PRESIDENT is closer to Romney than Obama. Odds against such a match in the matrix's bottom 70 letters were about 50 to 1.





On Figure 2 the word PRESIDENT is not seen at a special case skip. The axis term is ROMNEY-OBAMA. PRESIDENT is again closer to Romney than Obama. It takes just the top 120 letters to show ROMNEY and PRESIDENT. Since this match is not at a special case skip, the Roffman Skip Formula and Skip Tables are required to calculate significance. Odds against such a match in the matrix's top 120 letters were determined to be about 10 to 1. The odds against both matrices are not exceedling high, however each set of odds assumes no extra value assigned to the axis term. It either is there, in which case the search for a-priori associated terms goes forth, or it isn’t there, in which case the search terminates at that point. But Dr. Alex Rotenberg assigns R values to all terms, and the more positive, the more significant they are. Ten-letter axis terms are relatively rare. ROMNEY-OBAMA and OBAMA-ROMNEY both have R-values of 0.200, which means that we could expect to find such long ELS trains with these specific letters only about 63% of the time. At best, the top two matrices may indicate a slight favor for Romney in the general election. The full name (MITT ROMNEY) match with PRESIDENT (found in early 2011) as shown in Figure 3, however was far more significant and is so far on track to be a correct prediction for the nomination process.

Against odds of 1,379 to 1, the axis term MITT ROMNEY at it minimum ELS has PRESIDENT at the same skip in a 1-column matrix that only has 17 letters in it (see the yellow background in the top matrix). As is shown after the spreadsheet below, when MITT ROMNEY is found at the second lowest ELS, it still takes only 20 letters in two columns to show PRESIDENT parallel to MITT ROMNEY. The larger matrix shown (377 letters) includes OBAMA, but it was not worth the expansion to include his name as this matrix only appears against odds of 113 to 1. This was the best match of any Republican candidate with PRESIDENT. As of April 5, 2012, Romney has a huge lead in the delegate count, even to make him the presumed Republican nominee. Whether the Torah Code success in predicting this willl be matched in the general election remains to be seen.
