Dear Doves,

Leviticus 25:10
"And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT ALL THE LAND TO ALL ITS INHABITANTS. IT SHALL BE A JUBILEE FOR YOU.."

Notice the following Scripture "proclaiming liberty" to the captives as is done in a Year of Jubilee which is also the acceptable year of the Lord.

Isaiah 61:1-3
"...........To PROCLAIM LIBERTY to the captives.......TO PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; ..........To console those who mourn in Zion..."

Notice the preceeding Scripture is "proclaiming the day of vengeance/wrath of our God" in Israel and "to console those who mourn in Zion" to be in "the acceptable year of the Lord" which is a Jubilee Year.

Luke 4:18-21 (Jesus is speaking)
"...........To PROCLAIM LIBERTY to the captives.......TO PROCLAIM THE ACCEPTABLE YEAR OF THE LORD. Then He closed the book........and sat down."
Then he said to them, "Today, this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."

Notice He stopped speaking BEFORE he came to the phrase "and the day of vengeance of our God" because THAT SCRIPTURE was not fulfilled in their hearing that day. It will be fulfilled in a future "acceptable year of the Lord" which will be a Year of Jubilee, and I believe it to begin Nisan 1/March 2016 in which the "Day of Vengeance of our God" will occur in Israel so that "those who mourn in Zion will need consoling".
