"The Sceptre of Judah"

The sceptre (scepter) is the symbol of ruleship.

In the beginning days, God created two great lights to rule the day and night, i.e. the sun and moon. Israel is ruled by a lunar/solar (moon/sun) calendar, thus the moon is the symbol of ruler-ship or The Scepter of Judah. Stated differently, the moon is The Sceptre of Judah as related to heavenly configurations.

Judah is described as a lion. There is only one lion in the heavenly constellations. This is the constellation of Leo, the Lion representing Judah.

Genesis 49:10 The sceptre [the moon] shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver [the sun] from between his [Leo's] feet, until Shiloh [Jesus] come; and unto him [shall] the gathering of the people [be].

This means, in my opinion, that the moon and sun must both be in Leo when Jesus comes. When Jesus comes it will be bad news for the nations that have rejected him as Messiah. Bad news for the nations is indicated by a solar eclipse, the moon obscuring the sun, either partially or totally. This eclipse must be in LEO.

Under the sidereal zodiac the sun is currently in Leo roughly from August 10 to September 15. Shiloh (Jesus) must return (as interpreted) between these dates. The sun, the law-giver, departs Leo about September 15.

A solar eclipse only occurs just before the new moon. Therefore, we must have a "dead/dark moon" eclipsing the "sun" in Leo when Jesus comes. As stated, eclipses are bad news for the nations so this can represent when Jesus our Lord comes, angry at the nations, or The Day of The Lord or The Day of God's Wrath.

I think these are the heavenly signs on The Day of The Lord or The Day of God's Wrath, i.e. a solar eclipse in Leo. The moon orbits the earth monthly in 29.5 - 30 days, thus the moon (the sceptre) moves quickly through any of the 12 constellation in 2-3 days. This places limits on proposed dates for Jesus' return.

There will be a solar eclipse in Leo on 9-13-2015, Eve of Feast of Trumpets (next Feast to be fulfilled). The moon, The Scepter of Judah, will depart from between Leo's (Judah's) feet on 9-14-2015 on Feast of Trumpets. The law-giver (the sun) will depart Leo by roughly 9-15/16-2015.

We know there are 1260 days before the above event. 9-13-2015 minus 1260 inclusive days is April 2, 2012, 10 Nisan with 11 Nisan (11-7) beginning at dusk.

Israel crossed over into the promised land on Nisan 10 with Nisan 11 being the first full day in the land. The Paschal Lamb is selected (taken from the flock), on Nisan 10.

Jesus is/was our Paschal Lamb - he is the head, already in the heavenlies. Where is his body? The church is the body of Christ.
