This is my own personal testimony, of what I heard today. I hope it is an encouragement to you!

I heard an amazing story of a true miracle this morning at my women's Bible Study. We have been studying "Experiencing God" and this was the final week, with a sharing time of how we had experienced God in a new way, since this study began last September. We are broken into small groups, and each of the groups has an outreach ministry that they are involved in. One group ministers at Siloam Clinic, a Christian medical clinic for the uninsured/underinsured of our community. They minister to a lot of Muslims in our community, as they serve as an official medical clearinghouse for refugees in the greater Nashville area. The mission of the clinic is to not only provide medical services to the needy, for a fraction of the price, but to provide it within the context of Christian ministry, which serves as a bridge to minister to spiritual needs as well. The following is a story that made a deep impression on the group of women that ministers at Siloam.

A local pastor is a regular around there, seeking to share Christ with any who will listen. One day, a Muslim refugee family came in that was from the Middle East. The wife was attired in a full burqa, and as a woman, she was not permitted to make eye contact, nor touch, or be touched by any male except her husband. Neither the husband nor wife spoke any English, and their teenage son was serving as an interpreter for them. While they were waiting in an examination room, this pastor took the opportunity to share Christ with them. He spoke to the husband, as the son interpreted for his parents. Several minutes into the converstation, the woman touched the pastor's leg, (BIG no-no!) and said excitedly in Arabic "I understand, I UNDERSTAND you!!!!" She was hearing the gospel first-hand, in her own tongue, without the need for any translation!!! Just as in the book of Acts, when the people heard the proclamations of the discples in their own tongue, this woman experienced a miracle, but instead of a miracle of speaking, this was a miracle of hearing!

We don't know what the outcome of this conversation is, but God was intent on that family having an irrefutable sign that Jehovah God is God, and not Allah, and Jehovah sent his Son, Jesus, to die for their sins ,and give them eternal life in Him!! PRAISE GOD!! His wonders never cease!!

Jennice, this was a TREMENDOUS testimony! It thoroughly blessed my heart! Yes, indeed....The Book of Acts all over again. Power thru obedience! I'm confident all of us here join with you and your prayer group for this Muslim woman and her family to endure for Christ! Bless you!!

This is awesome and a great example of God's grace. God is reaching the Muslim world individually through dreams. I can testify as a former Muslim that when I struggled with the concept of the Trinity the Lord reached out to me through a dream. Praise God.
