"Who wants to be WOWED!?!?"

Dear John and Doves,
I love how God places a thought in our minds, and as we ponder and think more deeply about it, the "Wow" moments start jumping out at us.
God had me start thinking about the number 14. Here are just a few events related to that number:
The full moon occurs on the 14th day of the new moon cycle.
A woman is most fertile on the 14th of her monthly cycle. (day of Conception)
The Feast of Purim begins on the 14th of Adar.
Jesus was crucified on the 14th of Nisan.
Israel became a nation on the 14th of May, 1948 ( The Nation was "born" in a day)
It appears that the number 14 is very important in God's Calendar centering around birth and conception. The birth of Israel is the most recent major event occurring on the 14th.
So thinking along the lines of birth and conception, I wondered ...If Israel was born on May 14, 1948...when was she "conceived". A typical pregnancy is 9 months and 10 days. So by subtracting 9 months and 10 days, the date was (are you ready for this?) August 4, 1947. I don't know if anything significant in History happened on that date...but August 4 is the month and day of BARACK OBAMA'S birth! (different years but same month and day) .WOW!! To me this was absolutely amazing, and by no means a coincidence. God has a message in all HIS numbers and dates. We , on the other hand are unable to comprehend how He skillfully puts it all together. Yet we are wowed when He shows us a little tidbit
Now back to the number 14. Leviticus 12 is about Purification after Childbirth. If a woman gives birth to a daughter, she is unclean for two weeks and then must wait 66 days to be purified.When the days of purification are over she is to bring to the Priest at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting a year - old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or dove for a sin offering. The Priest will offer them before the Lord to make atonement for her, and then she will be ceremonially clean.God often refers to Israel using a feminine term, Virgin,Daughter, She,Her etc. So if Israel was born a daughter, there would need to be 66 days of purification before she would be cleansed and allowed to bring a burnt and sin offering to the Priest.
What if the 66 "days" in Leviticus could be seen as 66 "years" for the cleansing of Israel. Today Israel has not yet repented and turned back to God. Is she still going through the purification?
God's Word tells in Daniel 12:10 "Many will be purified, made spotless, refined..." Once Israel is purified, will that mark the time when she will begin to offer the Daily sacrifices again? Only to have them abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up? (Daniel 12:11)
Soooo....If Israel is going through cleansing for 66 years, and they were born in 1948...1948 + 66= 2014 . Will they begin the daily sacrifices again sometime in 2014?
Hmm.. the number 14 again. So many questions I have, but some day it will be perfectly clear. God truly is a God of wonder, and I am wondering about so much these days.
All of this really wowed me. Do the 66 days in Leviticus point to 66 years? We don't know for sure. Will the sacrifices begin in 2014? Only God knows the answer to that too. Why was 9 months and 10 days from Israels birth the same month and day of Barack Obama's birth. Only God can coordinate all the infinite details in a way we could never possibly understand. But it is so much fun when God takes your mind on an adventure using HIS word HIS numbers HIS stories and HIS signs.
One more interesting bit of info concerning August 4. August 4, 70 A.D. was the 9th of Av....the day the Temple was destroyed!!
Coincidence?
