Netanyahu welcomes Quartet’s call for “direct negotiations without pre-conditions”
Benjanin Netanyahu do not have a partner for peace. The Arabs do not even want to talk.
Israel on Sunday formally accepted the Quartets proposal for re-starting negotiations with the Paestinans,following a meeting between Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his senior ministers.
“Israel welcomes the Quartet’s call for direct negotiations without pre-conditions with the Palestinian Authority, which was already suggested by US president Barack Obama and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, even though Israel has a number of reservations which it will bring up in the negotiations.”

My comment:
The idea of setting pre-conditions for talks is a purely Arabic concept. They have lost all their wars with Israel. There is a de facto enforcement of peace at the borders of Israel by the Israeli defense force (IDF).
Still the Arabs set up conditions to talk about their lack of acceptance of their military defeats.
One of the pre-conditions the Arabs wants to set up for talking about how to talk, is that Israel must accept that they did not win the wars.
Only if Israel lies, and accept that they lost the wars, the Arabs wants to come a talk about how the wars can be continued. Because even the 1967 cease fire lines, are not acceptable. The Arabs wants to challenge their military defeat in 1947-1948, and get the whole Jewish state dissolved.
The Islamic view on modern day history of the Middle East, is at best a fairy tale. There is no truth in the stories they tell.
