No Flood, No Rain, No Sea, No Island on this OLD earth soon?

No Flood to Destroy Earth confirmed by God after Noah's Flood.

Genesis:9:11: "And I[GOD] will establish My covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth."
{GOD's Promise not to use Flood to destroy earth}

Genesis:9:15: "And I[GOD] will remember My covenant, which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh."
{GOD's Promised TWICE not to use Flood to destroy earth}

How could this Happen seeing that 70% of EARTH is covered with Water and God is going to SHAKE this EARTH?

Where would the WATERS GO?

Simple? Speculating that 1 third of all the waters would DRAIN {D-RAIN?} into the CENTRE of EARTH when EARTH delivers the DEAD in CHRIST?

Heaven will be SHUT-up so that there will be NO RAIN...so NO 'RAINY' CLOUDS for WHOLE EARTH?

NO SEA on this 1st OLD EARTH after Vial Judgments?
This verse is not saying NO SEA on 2nd EARTH coming in Heaven.
Revelation:21:1b: "...for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea."

NO ISLAND on this 1st OLD EARTH because NO SEA after Vial Judgments?
Revelation:16:20a: "And every island fled away..."
