An Arkansas church says it's seeing a significant movement of God not only in its church, but the larger community.

The Summit Church in North Little Rock has seen hundreds upon hundreds of people gather night after night since April 3. Pastor Bill Elliff recalls how he was unable finish a sermon two weeks ago because God had spoken to him on several important matters.

"Well, if there's one strong word that God has given us this week, it's don't quench the Spirit," he shares with OneNewsNow. "It says in 1 Thessalonians 5, don't despise prophetic utterances -- and by that, that's just a word of God, that's truth. So when God speaks to you, don't marginalize that, but instantly do what God tells you to do."

The Southern Baptist preacher says he did just that -- instantly stopped to obey the Holy Spirit.

"And a man stands up in our audience, which was unusual, and said: 'Bill, we've got to obey the Lord right now. Call us to prayer,'" the pastor recalls. "And so I went to a microphone on the floor and told the people 'I just want you to do whatever the Lord tells you to do.'"

For the next several hours, Elliff says, people came forward with confessions, repentance, and cried out to God.

"A C-130 pilot said 'I need to be baptized. I've never been baptized.' [He] takes off his shoes and goes in in his street clothes and gets in the baptistery -- and four more people follow. And that's happened all week long," he adds.

Eliff says after 42 years of ministry and 15 years praying for revival with other pastors in Little Rock, he has never seen such an outpouring of God's Holy Spirit -- what he calls a "mercy drop."

Oh That God Would Sent Not only 1 Mercy Drop but RAIN even the 1st and former RAIN to the Whole World LORD!

Thank God for the outpouring of HIS Spirit!

Deuteronomy:11:14: "That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil."

Zechariah:10:1: "Ask ye of the LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so the LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field."
