In this video, we will decode Daniel 11:verses 40-45 which describe events that will occur at the "time of the end". We will also study Daniel 12 which describes the "time of trouble, such as never has been since there was a nation till that time." If that last time of trouble is of such intensity that we have not seen it's like on the earth, it will be worse than any war or plague we have yet experienced in the whole history of mankind. Think of the devastation and suffering caused by World War II. Some 75 million people died, including about 20 million military personnel and 40 million civilians, many of whom died because of deliberate genocide, massacres, mass-bombings, disease, and starvation. Yet we are warned that the time of trouble is worse than anything we have experienced thus far.

We are facing a time of trouble which will include both man made and natural disasters. When I consider some of the most fatal outbreaks of disease that occurred during the dark ages, I shudder to think of what is yet to come. For example, the Plague of Justinian reached Constantinople in 541 A.D.and 10,000 people died per day. The plague continued to reappear in Europe, Africa and Asia for several years, causing widespread famine and devastation. It is believed to have killed at least 25 million people, but the actual death toll may have been much higher.

In 1347, a virulent strain of plague invaded Europe from the East, most likely via Italian sailors returning home from Crimea. This “Black Death” lasted 5 years and spread across the continent. It killed as many as 50 million people—more than half the population of Europe.

Europe suffered through several outbreaks of Bubonic plague for several centuries. The Thirty Years War of 1618-1648 between the Catholics and the Lutherans resulted in countless women being ravished, both industry and agriculture were paralyzed, and estimated casualties were as high as 10 million deaths. It also resulted in the troops carrying the infection into the Italian city of Mantuait. This resulted in one of the worst outbreaks of Bubonic plague which killed some 280,000 people.



Besides the devastation caused by bubonic plague, the world has also suffered huge fatalities arising from small pox. In Europe alone, an estimated 400,000 people were succumbing to smallpox annually.

These plagues and pandemics were foretold in the Revelation prophecies. Revelation 2:18-29 addresses the church of Thyatira, one of the prophetic 7 churches of Revelation. Listen to the rebuke against her: “And to the angel of the church in Thyatira write,‘These things says the Son of God, ... 19 “I know your works, love, service, faith, 20 Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things sacrificed to idols. 21 And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. 22 Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. 23 I will kill her children with death... And I will give to each one of you according to your works. 24 “Now ... to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, I will put on you no other burden. But hold fast what you have until I come.
