They that are left behind are more blessed than those that be dead

See about the 12:23 mark for that sentence from 2 Esdras 13:24

This is just the opposite of the pre-trib. rapture theory that the main line denominations have been teaching. Course we know that these main line denominations have now gone back to their "Mother" who sits in Rome.

I Thess 4:17 is so misused by the pre-tribulation Rapture people.

The Return of the Lord
…16For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise. 17 After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore encourage one another with these words.

1. Notice it is at the LAST Trump (when is the last trumpet blown that all of Israel waits for? On what Feast of God" It is at the Feast known as "No man knows the day or the hour.") That is why that phrase is used.

2. It is not a rapture but the Resurrection of the Righteous Dead first and then those that are alive will meet Him where? In the Air. We don't go up if we are one of those. We join Him in our translated bodies.

3. By the way Jesus Christ said, "I come only for the Lost Tribes of Israel". Matthew 15:24 He wasn't coming for those that were the off-spring of the Fallen Ones....only those that are called Israel who are of the Seed of the Father.

4. Israel's 10 Lost Tribes have been scattered all over the world and are the very ones who have come to accept Christ/Yahusha as their Savior & God. And what is so ironic, they are the ones who have been sitting in Christian Churches and have left their prostate denominations for the Truth of His Word.

You cannot serve men (politicians, kings, generals, etc.) and hope to understand God's Word that tells us to encourage one another with His Words.
