CUD is going to court to challenge decisions made by the former parliament

I told you in my previous writings that CUD is never ready to miss the opportunity to be part of the next gov't by joining the next parliament. All the out cries were simply to confuse and frustrate the public. As we are reading from their papers and megazines by the name "free press", the majority of the "public" is telling them not to join. But Dr. Yokob made it clear he is going to court for trying to challenge some decisions made by the old parliament. Tomorow they will tell us "because of this and that or because Ms Anna ordered as to do so blah blah, ... we are obliged to join the next parilaiment. Please continue sending the Euros and the dolars so that we will able to fight the EPRDF from with in as fighting with the EPRDF is simply impossible". Actually this what they should have to try, it is to their best intererst. The other Yazun Likekun jargons could not take them anywhere

Re: CUD is going to court to challenge decisions made by the former parliament

As to me both CUD & UEDF have already made up their mind to join the Woyane paliament while many Ethiopians are opposing this move.

Re: CUD is going to court to challenge decisions made by the former parliament

Was it democratic for a parliament that was dissolved before the start of the May elections to come back and legislate anything at all? That is where TPLF's undemocratic stripe shows.I haven't heard of such a thing happening anywhere in the world.Even such glaring misdeeds are not denounced by its supporters. It shows their true nature. It is disgraceful to the Black Race as a whole.BIG SHAME!!!!

Re: CUD is going to court to challenge decisions made by the former parliament

Cool down The Truth, the issue is CUD is to betray its members once more. It is joining the parliament against its several promises. Actually Hailu Shawel is Belt. He knows if he missed this chance, he will be dismissed for life from politics. Now he will not be sent to prison for his several hidden crimes unless caught red-handed as he is getting MP's immunity.

Misken the truth Genzebh Gib Belaw aydel

Dear the Truth,

Have you ever refered the Ethiopian Constitution? It doesn't reflect your position. The constitution don't dissolve the Parliament, as you claimed, before election.Rather, it clearly provides that the parliament has full mandate to legislate laws until the new parliament takes over the buisness in the last week of September.

Did you get it? Please try to refer the relevant laws before you bark on others. Please consult lawyers.
