Entry Forms and Fees are due by 11:59PM on September 4th for all participants. Late entries will be accepted up until Sunday, September 6th at 6PM. $30 LATE FEE APPLIES TO ALL ENTRIES RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE. Annual Membership Fee, Proof of Insurance and Waivers must be submitted prior to competing. All members please be sure to read the rules so you are aware before participating. We will be having exhibition runs Friday night at 6PM. There will be a running order for those who sign up on this form. Should you wish to wait to pay cash the day of, you can join in AT THE END of the running order and pay at the gate. Note - 3D and Open classes will run in a combined draw. You can enter and pay for both classes, but you will only run once. (You still have the option of entering only 3D or only Open) **SPECIAL NOTES FOR THIS SHOW** Haul in after 2pm Friday. Our warm up arena will be the Cattle Penning Arena. All riders registered for this show will receive Balloon Fiesta parking passes upon arrival. Specators will have to park/pay wherever available outside PLP grounds and walk in. Entrance/Exit for all vehicles/trailers this show will be by Barn 5 ONLY. There will be a riders meeting at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning with the show starting promptly at 9:00 AM. Any questions, reach out. ❤️ Show Your Support for Nikki At our September show, we will be doing something very special to honour Nikki Porter, an incredibly important part of our Maritime horse community who is currently battling cancer. We are asking that each competitor purchase a “Race for Nikki” support shirt with their entry form. We would like everyone to wear their shirts all day Sunday during the races as we come together to show our love and support for Nikki. (If you choose not to wear a support shirt, western attire per dress code is required.) Shirts are $5 each. We will be holding a game Saturday night, with all money raised going directly to Nikki/charity of her choice. Let’s fill the arena with support for Nikki and remind her that she has an entire horse community standing behind her.
