Crapaud Exhibition Weekend!! Entry Forms and Entry Fees are due by Friday July 21, 2023 for all participants. *You must be an NPBHA 2023 Member to compete in this event. * Late fee of $30 will be applied to entries/fees received after July 21, 2023. *Any changes to these entries for Saturday's Classes will be subject to the $30 Late Fee. You can add classes for Sunday after racing is completed on Saturday by 8pm. * Proof of insurance for the participants must be submitted prior to competing in your first event. * Stall fee are $60 (Friday and Saturday night) and this includes one bag of shavings. * We are limited to 45 stalls available on Friday night. To guarantee your spot you need to be a current NPBHA MEMBER (we need to have received your MEMBERSHIP FORM AND FEE) AND submit your ENTRY FORM AND FEE for this event. * Horse are NOT permitted to be tied at the trailers. * If you require additional shavings you MUST pre-order them ($9.00 per bag - see entry form). There will be no shavings available to purchase on site. * Camping is available for $25 a night with our without electrical hook up. Only 10 electrical hookups available - first come first served. * Please pre-purchase your weekend bracelet (see below for prices). They will be available for pick up on Friday evening at the show grounds. If you do not purchase a bracelet you will need to pay each day and get your hand stamped at the gate each day. * Parking details for trailer and other vehicles will be provided closer to the event. * Show times: Saturday - TBD * Sunday - 9am. * There will be Exhibition Runs on Friday evening at 6:30pm.
