Wigtownshire Milligen?

I think I have an incredible DNA match between an ancestor and the family Milligen. Please check my DNA at: http://www.familytreedna.com/public/mcgill/
against DNA Milligan MGAN003.

My ancestor, James McGill, we think, was born in Stoneykirk, Wigtownshire, in 1754, son of John McGill and Mary McColom. John quite possible is a son of James McGill and Jean Millighame/Milligen of Wigtown.

I have to say it would not bother me if my line was to be Milligen instead of McGill, due to a lack of a marriage, and I'd like to hear from anyone about this DNA match that might clear things up.
