The Otto Warmbier - N. Korean Spy Ring - Observation

This report will show and discusses the relevant coded elements contained in the Otto Warmbier, N. Korean prisoner release, recently released on June 12, 2017, through the efforts of the Trump administration and Rex Tillerson, Sec. of State. It is reported that Otto Warmbier died on June 19, 2017 as a result of some type of neurological brain damage, brought on by a sleeping pill and botulism, acquired while held in N. Korean captivity for the past 17 months.

While many have put this sad event behind them and have moved on, this report will show and discuss a hypothetical scenario which involves the highest levels of govt officials and our highest intelligence agencies, with a theory that the entire Otto Warmbier incident was but a contrived event, used by the govt administration and State Dept. to secretly create a situation that Kim Jung un, the leader of N. Korea could use to benefit twice from the initial agreement and later from the future resolution of the Otto Warmbier release to some future administration, such as the Trump administration.

While the Warmbier incident appears political, the events and the timing of world media events surrounding Otto Warmbier, are suspected of being a contrived event, used to hide the actions of a suspected secret spy ring that used the release of Otto Warmbier, to transfer secret and hidden information from N. Korea elements, to suspected and hidden spies within the US State Dept. who would have been involved in the release and the transfer of Otto Warmbier to the medical facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. It is the transfer of medical records associated with Otto Warmbier that draws suspicion to those that used the release and medical event to receive hidden and or secret N. Korean information, by means of the medical MRI computer files transferred with Otto Warmbier, upon his release to US Authorities on June 12, 2917.

This report will discuss a number of recent conspiratorial elements, that will be needed to better understand the suspected spy ring discussion being presented in this report.
