If you go by the evidence in the Bible that the Earth is, indeed, the center of the Universe (which it is) and that it is stationary, not part of Outer Space nor does it follow an orbital path that the Planets travel, then you know that The Almighty put a canopy over the Earth. That canopy is the Firmament (water) that he put over and under the Terrestrial Earth. But that may not make too much sense concerning the question of how many Nephillim are in Heaven.

So, which Heaven are we talking about? The heaven where the Fallen Angels live? If so, then here is the picture according to the many books left out of the present 66 Books and some within the 66.

1. Genesis 1 speaks of the First Earth Age when Lucifer and his 1/3 angels had been cast out of the Third Heaven where is located the Throne of God. They were relegated to Earth and it's surrounding heavens. What did he and his angels do? They did such wicked things with the animal on earth in their effort to create after their own kind, that God destroyed the Earth...leaving nothing left, not even a bird. The first earth age was the time spoken of in Genesis 1:1, II Peter 3, and Jeremiah 4:18 to the end of the chapter. Man did not exist but the animals did.

2. So, now that Lucifer is no longer in God's Heaven but relegated to his prison on earth with it's immediate heaven and a second heaven that contain the Sun, Moon, planets and stars. It is said that those 7 planets travel counter-clock wise around the North Pole, which is the center of Earth because they were among the most wicked. I imagine that is what is meant about Satan having to spend his time flying over the Abyss. All of that is what is under the Canopy that Isaiah calls a "Tent".

The Almighty starts all over again which is described in Genesis 2. It was at that time that Adam & Eve were created. When Lucifer appeared to Eve as a beautiful angel and lured her into a sexual encounter, he planted his seed Cain within her. Eve also, then had sexual relations with her husband and a twin was conceived. Two boys with two different fathers. Eve was the mother of all creation. Two Seed lines come from her, The Righteous and the Unrighteous spoken of as the Wheat and Tares in the Bible.

3. The Nephilim are Fallen Angels that can no longer return to the Heavens where the other heavenly stars reside because the Dome is the very thing that keeps the Fallen from returning to their former abode. If you read Enoch, the Righteous, the 7th from Adam, you will learn how these Fallen Ones, Nephilim begged to be able to be forgiven and return. You see, 200 hundred more of the angels came down and mated with the daughters of Cain but God refused their request. Their leaders are bound in chains until Judgment.

So, the answer to the question of how many Nephilim are in Heaven, it is impossible to answer because the immediate heaven holds the 1/3 that rebelled and were kicked out of the Heaven in which the Righteous Angels live and serve The Most High God.
