5.2 quake rattles northwestern Greece, no injuries
Some damage was reported to homes in villages near Ioannina but there were no immediate requests for help. A 5.2-magnitude earthquake struck the northwestern Greek city of Ioannina, the Athens Observatory's geodynamic institute said on Sunday, causing minor damage but no injuries.

Magnitude 3.4 earthquake strikes in central Vietnam
The central province of Quang Nam was hit by two earthquakes measuring between 3.1 and 3.4 on the Richter scale on Saturday morning, according to a statement by the Institute of Geophysics. No casualties have been reported, but locals are getting shaky about increased seismic activity.

6.4 magnitude earthquake strikes Tibet – USGS
A 6.4 magnitude earthquake has shaken the Himalayan region of Tibet, China, the US Geological Survey reported, adding that the depth of the quake was about 32km. The tremor took place 17km from the Chinese town of Aduo and 294 km from the city of Chamdo, the USGS reported.

Kuwait ruler dissolves parliament: official news agency
Kuwait's emir ordered the dissolution of parliament on Sunday, saying regional developments and "security challenges" meant the national assembly should choose fresh representatives.
