Do you wonder why the off-spring of Esau hates the off-spring of his brother Jacob so much? Read this account and you will see that Jacob tricked his twin brother, Esau, the first-born out of what, legally, was suppose to be given to him.

36 And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? For he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me?

Isaac did bless Esau with the fatness of the earth, which is the rich oil wells that occupy the Middle East. And with the wealth that has come from that oil, this brother that was cheated out of his blessing, has thrown the yoke of Jacob/Israel off of his neck. Isaac also prophesied that Esau would live by the sword. And how true that prophecy has been down through the centuries. The Sword appears on their flags.

Do you see how the Bible is so full of history of man. Why not read it and understand that despite all of the trickery that Jacob had done at the urging of his mother, who favored him over the other son, Jacob did have to wrestle with the Angel of the Lord all night long, hanging on to him until his name was changed from Jacob the Supplanter to Israel which means "God has striven, God has saved ".

There is scripture that tells us that God loved Jacob but hated Esau. ’” Malachi 1:3 is quoted in Romans 9:10-13,

“Not only that, but Rebekah's children had one and the same father, our father Isaac. Yet, before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad—in order that God's purpose in election might stand: not by works but by him who calls—she was told, ‘The older will serve the younger.’ Just as it is written: ‘Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.’” Why did God love Jacob and hate Esau?

Because He is The Almighty and knew that Esau would go after strange women and also strange gods. Jacob, despite all of his crafty acts of his youth, had his encounter with The Lord God of his father, who changed his name to Israel..

Now, the Middle East is full of military equipment. The Seas are full of ships from around the world all gathered to do war. They are not all the blood brother to Jacob but they are all enemies of the God of Israel. They may appear to be against each other but the final war will be when they all join against the Most High God. They are under the direction of Satan who is determined to get all that has been promised to Israel
