The streams of living water which flow from Jerusalem are not dried up by the parching heats of sultry midsummer any more than they were frozen by the cold winds of blustering winter. Rejoice, O my soul, that thou art spared to testify of the faithfulness of the Lord. The seasons change and thou changest, but thy Lord abides evermore the same, and the streams of His love are as deep, as broad and as full as ever. The heats of business cares and scorching trials make me need the cooling influences of the river of His grace; I may go at once and drink to the full from the inexhaustible fountain, for in summer and in winter it pours forth its flood. The upper springs are never scanty, and blessed be the name of the Lord, the nether springs cannot fail either. Elijah found Cherith dry up, but Jehovah was still the same God of providence. Job said his brethren were like deceitful brooks, but he found his God an overflowing river of consolation. The Nile is the great confidence of Egypt, but its floods are variable; our Lord is evermore the same. By turning the course of the Euphrates, Cyrus took the city of Babylon, but no power, human or infernal, can divert the current of divine grace. The tracks of ancient rivers have been found all dry and desolate, but the streams which take their rise on the mountains of divine sovereignty and infinite love shall ever be full to the brim. Generations melt away, but the course of grace is unaltered. The river of God may sing with greater truth than the brook in the poem—-


"Men may come, and men may go,

But I go on for ever."



How happy art thou, my soul, to be led beside such still waters! never wander to other streams, lest thou hear the Lord's rebuke, "What hast thou to do in the way of Egypt to drink of the muddy river?"

"The voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day."

My soul, now that the cool of the day has come, retire awhile and hearken to the voice of thy God. He is always ready to speak with thee when thou art prepared to hear. If there be any slowness to commune it is not on His part, but altogether on thine own, for He stands at the door and knocks, and if His people will but open He rejoices to enter. But in what state is my heart, which is my Lord's garden? May I venture to hope that it is well trimmed and watered, and is bringing forth fruit fit for Him? If not, He will have much to reprove, but still I pray Him to come unto me, for nothing can so certainly bring my heart into a right condition as the presence of the Sun of Righteousness, who brings healing in His wings. Come, therefore, O Lord, my God, my soul invites Thee earnestly, and waits for Thee eagerly. Come to me, O Jesus, my well-beloved, and plant fresh flowers in my garden, such as I see blooming in such perfection in Thy matchless character! Come, O my Father, who art the Husbandman, and deal with me in Thy tenderness and prudence! Come, O Holy Spirit, and bedew my whole nature, as the herbs are now moistened with the evening dews. O that God would speak to me. Speak, Lord, for Thy servant heareth! O that He would walk with me; I am ready to give up my whole heart and mind to Him, and every other thought is hushed. I am only asking what He delights to give. I am sure that He will condescend to have fellowship with me, for He has given me His Holy Spirit to abide with me for ever. Sweet is the cool twilight, when every star seems like the eye of heaven, and the cool wind is as the breath of celestial love. My Father, my elder Brother, my sweet Comforter, speak now in lovingkindness, for Thou hast opened mine ear and I am not rebellious.

Every day, on this site, Steven posts lots of scriptures from the Bible. There will come a day when there will be a Famine for the Word. Now, while it is still plentiful is the time to fill up your mind & heart with it to sustain you for the days ahead. It is also the Food of Life that will help us feed others who still have no idea of the Promises made to those that follow the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This is not the God of the Jews but the God of the Chosen who have been called out of their pagan lands, wherever they may be. So, what I have done is take out a bit from each portion to weave a message together.

Yahuah had placed Adam & Eve into the Garden of Eden after they were tempted by Satan. Because the earth was now going to be polluted by the off-spring of Cain, the first-born of Eve and Satan, the Righteous Seed of Adam would have to spend all their generations to make a living, endure pain and deal with the Unrighteous (the Tare) that were always there to tempt them to get off the Righteous path.

Many generations later, after the flood, Yahuah called out a man from whom would come a Chosen People who would be prepared for the day that their Saviour would come and through whom would be born Bod come in the Flesh, who is the Only Begotten of the Father....They are One.

Abraham was called out of the Heathens...out of the Land of UR...a man who knew from the start the pagan gods were nothing but created gods made by the Seed-line of Satan. Was he perfect? No, we see that although, Abraham was Righteous, he was still a human, afraid of the power of the mighty Egyptian Pharaoh. He connived to have Sarah pretend she was just his sister. Sarah was a very beautiful woman and Abraham knew if he could use her beauty as a ticket to get passage past Pharaoh, then there was no need to be afraid. But Pharoah, although he took her into his home, found out that she was Abraham's wife and the plagues that had come upon his people by the Almighty were because of doing this so he told Abraham to take her before he had actually taken her for a wife and get out. (This shows how easily a Righteous man can choose to lie to avoid the right path to take)

Many years later, when the Children of Israel left Egypt after 40 years and return to their Land promised to them, there is the reminder that it was the power of Almighty God that drove out the Giants of the Land. The people were normal people but through obedience, God did the mighty work and reduced the power of the Giants to nothingness. (This was a reminder of who went before them to clear the path) Question? Who are the Giants? Answer: They are the off-spring of the Fallen One and Eve, through that son Cain.

The promised Redeemer came right on time, at the 70th week. His disciples were commanded to spread the Good news, among the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel first and those Gentiles who believe upon the name of the Redeemer, which is Yahusha, His Hebrew Name.

Peter also admonished them not to followed cunningly devised fables, which of course were always placed before them. The Seven Churches were quickly found full of false doctrine, only one, the church of Philadelphia was promised to be spared Great Tribulation.

Today's false teachings come from Satan's greatest organized religion that is believed to be Christian and that is the Church of Rome, who cunningly invented the pre-trib. Rapture theory so that none of the other teachings in God's Word would make sense to them. If a person observes the pagan holidays and believes the lies, for sure, they are not a part of the Church of Philadelphia. That's something to give lots of consideration.

They had become blinded just as much as the Jews of His Day who could not discern Truth from Doctrines of men (the Rabbis who were the Edomites) The Scriptures tell us that it is the heathen that are perished OUT of his land. It is not the Righteous who are removed, it is the Heathen and all those that have left the Truth once given to them and taken up the lies of the Serpent because it pleases their ears. Their ears are tickled.

II Peter 1


1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ:

13 Yea, I think it meet, as long as I am in this tabernacle, to stir you up by putting you in remembrance;

14 Knowing that shortly I must put off this my tabernacle, even as our Lord Jesus Christ hath shewed me.

15 Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance.

16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

17 For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

18 And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount.

19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:

20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
