The Media Is Spinning A False Narrative
We can either accept the media narrative, that some unknown complex mix of motives drove this mentally ill man to buy readily available assault weapons and kill people he simply hated for no reason, or we can apply Occam’s Razor–the simplest explanation is usually the correct one. The attack was absolutely religiously motivated. You didn’t see Mateen attacking the Orlando Islamic Center, the mosque he attended, because he didn’t like the people there.

'Islamic extremist' Omar Mateen, 29, from Florida, shoots dead at least 50 at Florida gay club
Writing on Facebook, Pulse, which described itself as the most prominent gay club in Orlando, urged party-goers to 'get out and keep running' as bullets started flying at around 2am local time. Orlando Police Chief John Mina said the suspect exchanged gunfire with an officer working at the club around 2am, then went back inside and took hostages. There were about 320 people inside the club at the time of the shootings and about 100 people were taken hostage.
