Mr. Cati talks about how all of these Obelisk are near water; a very good observation. I believe they were/are sites of Sacrifice and relate to that fact that Bohemian Grove has a river running past the Great Owl (Molech) where they offer sacrifices during their annual 2 weeks in July.
In ancient lore, there is a River that takes the souls to the Place of the Dead. The giant statue of Anubis coming up the harbor of New York March 23, 2010, Anubis is the Embalming god whose brother is called "Hell".
He is depicted as a canine or a man with a canine/jackal head.

Another thing I thought about as I watched his presentation is how, when Obama was positioned as the 44th president, they put out a painting that showed the White Horse coming out of the water and red roses were part of the scene. The Bible does speak of the two End Time people known as the A/C and the False Prophet. One comes out of the land and the other out of the sea. Notice:
"And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. He had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed." Rev.13:1-3
Several points in the scene are worth noticing. First, a family resemblance between the dragon and the beast is evident. The dragon in chapter 12 had "seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on his heads" (12:3), while the beast from the sea in chapter 13 has ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on his horns. Only the number and placement of the crowns vary.
Second, although it is not stated in so many words that the beast is the dragon's "offspring," this is suggested by a setting in which the dragon seems to call the beast out of the sea and gives it his power and his throne and great authority (v. 2). Finally, the beast's fatally wounded head (v. 3; compare vv. 12, 14) recalls a significant detail in the ancient prophecy from Genesis about the serpent and the woman: "And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel" (Gen 3:15, italics mine).

As for the water around Manhattan that Mr. Cati mentions, about 9/11, let's not forget about the plane that landed in the water off of Manhattan the day after 9/11. No one died in that landing in the water. What was it's significance because I'm sure there was one.
