As I read this article by Doug L. Of Five Doves, (At the Bottom of page), I stand in amazement of the on-going ignorance of those that call themselves the Church.

So, what is the answer according to this declaration about keeping the Sabbath...that it is OT and it is only for the Jews?

The Vatican found an answer. They changed the Sabbath day to Sun Day. When asked why they did this, they simply replied because they had the authority to do so. (That authority sure didn't come from The Most High)

Let me see if this makes sense. The Great I Am gave to Moses "The Ten Commandments" (written by His own Hand) which has included "Remember to keep holy the Sabbath". So..........

Does that mean because it is mentioned in the Law of Moses under penality of death that the way to avoid that death sentence, we'll just change it to the 1st day of the week instead of keeping the 7th (Sabbath means 7th)

I think most of us know by now that the Laws of the Old Testament were impossible to keep and made that way by the Father to show the Children of Israel that there was only One who could keep them and only One who could "Fulfill Them" and that was Yahushua.

You bet, we should rest each day in the One who paid the price but do we take a marker and scratch out the Fourth Commandment? And do we blindly accept the authority of Rome over the Father's own declaration for us to "Remember the Sabbath to keep it holy"?

By the way, the Resurrection of the Messiah, if you claim in was on a Sunday rather than toward the end of His Sabbath, is not a valid reason to usurp God's Own Written Commandment. He is Lord of the Sabbath.

And who is that is worshiped on Sun Day. By now, people ought to know that the Vatican pays homage to the Sun god, Zeus, among other names. (That is another subject of which we have been hood-winked over also.)

This paragraph was included in the his article, (quote) "THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL must keep the Sabbath day by observing it from generation to generation......... This is a covenant obligation for all time. ...........It is a permanent sign of my (OLD) covenant with THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL......... Exodus 31:12-17"(/quote}

I see that the word "Old" was inserted by the writer. Here is where correct insight is badly needed. The Great I Am made a Covenant with Abraham, whom He called out of the pagan gentiles. The Word Hebrew, which Abraham was called, means "Called Out".


The Covenant set Him and his people apart to be a people unto Himself. There was never anything changed about that Covenant. It stands just as strongly today as it did the day He made it between Himself and Abraham. It is an on-going agreement.

The Only Change is that, The Only Begotten of the Father became a man so that He would fulfill all of these impossible laws and set the people free from Legalism. And He did that right on the very day that it was promised to Adam and Eve. He opened the Gates of Paradise to them once again, which was closed when they fell.

Who are the people of Israel? Are they not the very people that Yahushua said that He came to save? The Land of Israel was divided into two kingdoms at that point and the Northern 10 tribes weren't even occupying the Land when God became flesh and dwelt among them. These Lost Sheep that made up the 10 Northern Tribes of Israel are His Natural Sheep.

Judah, of the Southern Kingdom wanted nothing to do with Yahushua and he wanted nothing to do with them because they were the clergy of the Pharisees who, in reality were the offspring of the Edomites. Once you dig a bit deeper, you will find that these same clergy fill the halls of the Vatican.

In fact, the Northern Tribes of Israel made up the first 7 churches of Asia Minor. The Bible tells us that any gentile that grafted themselves to these ecclesia/Assemblies became part of the Natural Olive Tree whose Root is Yahushua/Christ. The Natural Olive Branch and the Wild Olive Branch made for a very strong Tree when deeply rooted in Yahushua/Christ.

The Israelite coverts to Yahusha did not become Gentiles but the Gentiles became Israelites that happened to believe on the One who came, died and was resurrected. They were even told not to let the other Gentiles criticize them for keeping the Sabbath, Feasts, the New Moon (which is the correct calendar). But what has the church done with that scripture? They have twisted to sound like doing these things were wrong now that they became believers. How can that be? They were converts to God's Feasts, His Sabbath, His Calendar. Notice the word Sabbath in that list?

Please exam the true history and teachings of the early church before you assume that your present beliefs are correct and you will find that the Gentile Congregations that think they have to be Raptured before God can deal with the Jews have no foundation upon which to hang their very Spiritual lives.

He, the Christ, came unto His Own, some believed on Him, most did not but His Own are Natural Israel and His Death opened the way for many Gentiles to be grafted into the House of Israel, the Lost Sheep that He came to save.

How long will it take for the Gentile Believers to understand it is not about Jewish Blood ties but all about His Blood that freed the Righteous Seed Line from the Unrighteous that rule the earth today.

Here is your answer in His Own Words, "Matthew 22:36-40 (KJV)

Master, which is the greatest commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord they God with all of they heart, and with all they soul, and with all they mind. That is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shlat love they neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Now I ask you, where does the Sabbath fit in these words? And did He ever change that Day to a Sun Day? And, are you keeping the Commandments?

For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken of another day later on. So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God, for whoever has entered God’s rest has also rested from his works as God did from his. Hebrews 4:8-10
Jesus said to them, “The Sabbath was made to meet the needs of people, and not people to meet the requirements of the Sabbath. So the Son of Man is Lord, even OVER the Sabbath!” Mark 2:27,28
Jesus -- He is our Sabbath Rest ! When you enter into Christ Jesus you cease from your works and become His work. You are at rest !
