Russia to Issue $1bn In Yuan Bonds, IMF Predicts Bankruptcy of Saudi Arabia by 2020

Federal loan bonds denominated in Chinese yuan will be issued on the Moscow Exchange in 2016, the director of the debt department of the Russian Finance Ministry Konstantin Vyshkovsky said Friday.
The $1 billion is only the minimum amount, according to the ministry. Other details such as the repayment period and the interest rate will be determined immediately before the issue in accordance with the preferences of potential investors, said Vyshkovsky.

What a maze of craziness.

I don't understand who is who and what is what.

Saudi Arabia has had to deal in the dollar every since US Oil companies drilled their wells for free. I understand their desire to be free of the dollar since it has become worthless paper not backed by metals.

So, rather than cut back their drilling, they continue to keep the supply filled and have been undercutting the price in order to keep selling oil, right? Are they doing this in defiance of the West? I recall Bush Sr. telling that he had his own king who was none other than the Saudi king.

I question this because we know that we have a Socialist Trojan Horse as a president whose goal it is to destroy this country in order to bring it under the dominance of a New World Order.

I wish someone would clear this up. Where do Russia and China, who are partners at this time, come into this picture? We know they have their own plans to dominate the Oil Market.

Is this report coming right out and saying that we have a "Comrade" here who will not allow the drilling of endless oil right here on our own continent and we are to get along with Fracking, which empties the Fresh Water Reserves underground??? If so, his policies will destroy this nation.

These are all partners of greed who scratch each other's back if truth be known.

Because we know that the IMF pulls the strings, my question is, "who is it that is standing alone? Saudi Arabia?"
