Enoch is included by Paul (in Hebrews 11) among the fathers who obtained a good report through faith; but "ALL these, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise" (Heb. 11:39). What promise? The "hope of eternal life" , which God, who cannot lie, promised before the world began (Titus 1:2).

So Enoch therefore is one of "ALL THESE" who have not yet obtained the promise of eternal life and inheritance. Enoch and all the worthies of old will receive the promise of eternal life at the return of Christ, the same time Christians obtain it (Heb. 11:40). That is yet future!

Wow! Here it is...another example of how we, the believers, have been so conditioned to hang on to the teachings handed down through the centuries that, when carefully researched, show this report here may well be true and scripture bears this out.

This means that Enoch and Elijah, after their "translations" were taken to the very same place where all believer's spirits go, upon death....to Paradise. We know that Jesus removed them all from the Righteous side called "Abraham's Bosom" when he descended into Hell and led the Captive Free.

Paradise is not Heaven, as we have pointed out often. Translation is not a Rapture but a change from morality to immortality which is what happened to these two men that we've been led to believe had to come back before the last 3 1/2 years can begin.

Remember, when Jesus says that John the Baptist was, indeed Elijah come, He was telling the promise that Elijah must come before the Son of Man, was fulfilled by John the Baptist, whom had his head removed by the Wicked Herod.

Malachi 4:5
"See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes.

Matthew 17:10
The disciples asked him, "Why then do the teachers of the law say that Elijah must come first?"

Matthew 17:12
But I tell you, Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but have done to him everything they wished. In the same way the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands."

This disclosure of these two men whom the world has been waiting for before Jesus Christ can return will be a shock to the pre-tribulation crowd who believe they will be translated "like they thought Enoch and Elijah were translated".

I am grateful to Joe Ortiz for sending this subject matter on because it makes one realize that, just as we may well have been wrong about Enoch being taken and Elijah being taken in a Chariot meant they were "Raptured", then we have been wrong about a whole lot that is NOW BEING REVEALED TO US IN THESE END DAYS.

It looks like the Bible is right again, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17[KJV]

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.


Seek the Truth and it will be given to you. But, one must SEEK the Truth even though it means having to change pre-conceived notions.
