As I am becoming to grasp with a great astonishment of how the very Bible itself was messed with by the elimination of Epistles that were meant to be in the whole of it's written word, I am being led to do more and more investigation into the various books. Here a man by the name of Richard mades a critical statement to TrustinJC who answers in a lengthy detail. I hope you glean a bit from this as I did. Gerlinda

The septuagent was Written between 285-270 BC. You think there Is a Gospel of Mathew written In Arimaic? You don't think the Gospels were Written In Greek? Originally? Arimaic wasn't even the language of the land In those days.

+Richard Baldwin - There certainly is an Epistle of Barnabas. To deny it just shows how deep the denial of truth runs in you. None of the numerology stats/points that you brought up are even remotely similar to what I brought up. Reversing the numbers and square roots are meaningless. Gematria is scriptural. What you threw in the mix is not. There are meanings to certain numbers whether you want to believe it or not. One represents beginnings. Three is the fullness of God. Six is the number of man. You deny the word of God and Christ's instructions that we are to decipher the meaning of the number of the beast. Satan, of course does not want us to decipher the meaning. So I wonder who's side you are working for. Barnabas was given his revelation regarding the number of Christ so that we could apply the same formula to the number of the beast, which was given to John later on. Regarding nit wit: I mention the copy of Mathew in Aramaic and you jumped to the conclusion that I said all the gospels were written in Aramaic. You deny Aramaic was the language spoken at the time of Christ. You claim there is no Epistle of Barnabas. You would let pride, church tradition and dogma stand in the way of experiencing the truth. So yes. I think you are a typical narrow minded nit wit.

+Richard Baldwin Why would I ask for anymore of your numerology. You obviously offered the best you had at the beginning of your argument. Inverting or reversing numbers and calculating root numbers is irrelevant. Saying you've been holding back is ridiculous. You are a legend in your own mind. What is relevant is what scripture teaches. Try looking into what the early fathers thought of Barnabas. Christian scholars used to say Enoch had too many Christian teachings in it to have been written prior to Christ and that is why it was kept out of the canon. We now know that was a lie since the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Scholars have said Barnabas isn't inspired. But the number of Christ that Barnabas asserts was revealed to him is proof that it is inspired. Now just so you know, the problem with bible scholars is that they are bible scholars. Meaning, they only study the bible. This is why there are over 30,000 different Christian denominations. There is far more to God's word than what is found in any bible. And some of what is in the bible has been tampered with and called the word of God. You are blinded by church dogma, tradition, and the teachings of men. You've already fallen for Satan's minor false prophets. So when the antichrist and "the" false prophet comes you will fall for them as well and reject the two witnesses because they will teach from books you think aren't inspired. While you may be inclined to continue the conversation, I don't believe you are interested in learning or growing in the truth.
