It was pointed out to me by my co-moderator that this looks like a Tripod/Trident move which may very well have been planned to hit at the belly of these large cities to weaken them for a larger planned attack later. I thought that was very insightful.
Can you imagine what damage could take place that would affect the ability to withstand the demands put upon them to deal with the citizens in terms of water, medical care, housing for which those Fema Camps already set up would come in so handy. The government will take care of you...now that your own city is unable to do such.
Here is a recent post in which Mr. Cati showed this type of attack method. Oklahoma City's surrounding area just suffered Tornados, which puts it in line with this center portion where the Spear-head is shown.

The Trident Offensive
I thought it interesting that Mr. Cati used the Tripod/Trident as the picture of the three prong attack that may be planned. That is the weapon that Neptune carried. I found this picture from The Apotheosis of Washington that features Neptune within it's artwork.
There is a civic festival dedicated to Neptune that takes place July 23rd. During the peak of the summer when drought was an imminent possibility. Operation Jade Helm 15 begins in July and continue throughout the summer for eight weeks. Mr. Cati pointed out that this tripod attack would be a separate part of, perhaps two actions and not just one large event.
The attack as he mentions would be on land; however the later event that would take place with the water would lay the ground-work for the need to have all the things in place that Jade Helm is suppose to provide: shelter, food, water, medical aid, etc. That would be the good part of having the aid in place for the September prophesied event. Interesting insight into that Trident shape for the three prong attack.
