OK, if 1260 years were fulfilled when General Berthier rode into Rome, abolished the Papal government and established a secular one 1798.

Then, The Lateran Pacts of 1929, Rome received independence from Italy

It is not a civil state operating under civil laws, but an absolute monarchy in control of the Roman Catholic Church, ruling according to the Apostolic Constitution of 1967. It is as the Holy See rather than the State of the Vatican that the country sends and receives diplomatic representatives to and from around the world.

The Vatican sends it's ambassador to the United Nations, although it is not allowed to vote, it isn't hard to see that piece by piece, she strives for complete control again.

This won't happen since this Harlot that sits on the Beast is destined to be destroyed by the Beast himself.

But it is an interesting video. And why not 1260 years with perhaps a future 1260 days yet to be fulfilled????
