It seems that King Solomon began his 40 year reign with God appearing to him in a dream “Tell me what I should give you” (1 Kings 3:4-5). The gift that Solomon asked for was the gift of "Wisdom" However another word that Solomon spoke about at the end of his life to describe what his life had been was, Vanity There is a special connotation attached to the word Vanity", which will be discussed a bit further down.

It must be known that Solomon had already been offering sacrifices on the high places, which was not allowed by God. The young King had just finished offering at the High Place of Gibeon when God made the offer and Solomon spoke his words. And so through-out his reign he showed wisdom and possessed talent way beyond any man before or since.

But why, would God give this to the King when Solomon had already been guilty of so much sin in regard to where he worshipped other gods? And the taking of so many wives and concubines from among tribes outside of the Israelites; especially the Cannaanites that led him into pagan worship?

It appears it was because of the request of his father King David, that God said was a man after His own heart that the gift was made to the son that would build the Temple that King David had acquired all of the gold, silver, special woods...everything needed for the building of the Temple to God but because of the blood upon his hands was not to build it himself. Solomon built on his father's accomplishments, and the "golden age" of the Israelites peaked during his forty-year reign. Psalm 72 was written by King David in regard to his son's rule.

1 O God, grant the king the ability to make just decisions!
Grant the king’s son the ability to make fair decisions!
2 Then he will judge your people fairly,
And your oppressed ones equitably.
3 The mountains will bring news of peace to the people,
And the hills will announce justice.
4 He will defend the oppressed among the people;
He will deliver the children of the poor
And crush the oppressor (Psalm 72:1-4).

Solomon confirms this in his reply, “You demonstrated great loyalty to your servant, my father David, as he served you faithfully, properly, and sincerely. You have maintained this great loyalty to this day by allowing his son to sit on his throne. 7 Now, O Lord my God, you have made your servant king in my father David’s place, even though I am only a young man and am inexperienced. 8 Your servant stands among your chosen people; they are a great nation that is too numerous to count or number. 9 So give your servant a discerning mind so he can make judicial decisions for your people and distinguish right from wrong. Otherwise no one is able to make judicial decisions for this great nation of yours”

It is not the taking of his wife from among the Egyptians (pagan) that was the sin but the taking of women from the Canaanites which Israeiltes were forbidden to marry. What is it about the Cannaanites, besides their pagan gods? These are the very ones that the Fallan Angels came unto and took women as their wives and produced half/human and half/fallen angels whose DNA had compromized God perfect DNA put amont his people. These off-spring are the very rulers of the High Places today that seek the destruction of Israel and Gentile Believers.

Solomon's love for all of his wives and concubines led him ever deeper into the Satanic worship of other gods. He not only worshipped them but he used the revenues gathered from the people of the Kingdom to build these many pagan temples in the High Places. He put heavy burdens upon the people to accomplish these places of vanity; both in taxes and labor.

So, you can see, that although he asked for Wisdom that did not stop him from his depravity of sexual activities in these pagan temples. Because of God's great displeasure of King Solomon's sins of Demonism, Spiritualism, Baal Worship, and all the abominations against the God of Abraham, Issac and David, God's love of David allowed Solomon's kingdom not to be torn apart.... until after his death. Then the Great Kingdom of Israel was torn into two kingdoms, which have not been united yet.

Now we come to the words of Solomon at his Death, "Vanity, Vantity, all is Vanity". Ecclesiastes 1

In the book, Earth's Earliest Ages, we find a list of the kinds of divination. Omens, tokens and forbidden sciences, the use of spells and incantations and every method of direct and intelligent communication and co-operation with demons down through the ages of Earth. It gives very detailed description of what each encompasses.

God prohibited these things because the mind of man is altogether unable to grasp and handled knowledge so profound and so complicated with his present powers and he would waste a whole life and gain nothing...just as King Solomon had done.

Idols or idolatry or "Teraphim" is rebellion. For rebellion is as the sin of divination and subborness is as idolatry and TERAPHIM. For the Teraphim have spoken vanity and the diviners have seen a lie and have told false dreams.

So, when Solomon spoke those words, he wasn't speaking about vanity as we may think of vanity (such as being vain or seeking after vain things No, Solomon was speaking of his whole life-time as King of Israel spending it in the pagan practice of VANITY, a pagan practice..
Ecclesiastes 1

Solomon asked for Wisdom because of His father King David's desire to build the temple and to reign correctly plus in answer to his father's prayers for his son by his beloved wife Bethsheba. But Solomon's rebellion, centered on his lust of the eye and sexual perversions within the Temples of Baal with his many pagan wives ended in VANITY.

In Earth's Earliest Ages, which present all of the witchcraft practices given to man by the Fallen Angels, we read of the many pagan practices of idol worship that King Solomon was guilty of practicing. But did you know that the true life and reign of King Solomon was white-washed by men who were teachers of God's Word such as:

C. H. Spurgeon , a Baptist preacher of great renown, revered by men like Billy Graham and a host of other religious luminaries, who had this to say about King Solomon: “He was a marvelous man. Earth has not seen his like.” Of course every person is entitled to the kind of subjective evaluation that allows him to decide who his heroes will be.

But the Reverend Spurgeon , like so many other religious leaders, goes beyond that subjectivity and misrepresents historical facts in order to bolster "his" position.

The biblical records of the crushing burdens that Solomon placed on the people of his kingdom are purged from consciousness and another scenario takes its place. This allows someone like Spurgeon to write that King Solomon was "the prince of peace” and during his reign “every man throughout Israel sat under his own vine and fig tree and no man was afraid. Those were the halcyon days for all Israel when Solomon reigned.”

This kind of sounds like the political promises of a "Chicken in Every Pot and a Window in Every Room".

The kind of censorship that lauds Solomon for being a great man by ignoring the excesses and injustices of his reign and blaming his failings on women, also finds a voice in the Evangelical Commentary on the Bible, “Solomon brought much glory, honor, influence and fame to the kingdom of Israel . . .

" His incomparable wisdom, as well as the heritage of his father David, and the messages he received directly from the Lord, however, were not sufficient to offset his love for idolatrous women and his desire to please them.”

And look at this: "The Concise Commentary on the Whole Bible also applauds Solomon’s reign, going so far as to say that “his kingdom was a type of the Messiah’s in which all its subjects would enjoy a “holy security.” Solomon is variously described as being a type of Christ, the wisest man whoever lived and the anointed of God.

Paeans, to his greatness, seem inexhaustible and his life validates the cliché that nothing succeeds like success: “no descendant of Sarah and Abraham was richer or more powerful than Solomon.”

These are unforgivable mistranslations of God's Holy Word. It is blasphemy by men who are credited with writing accurate accounts of events in the Bible.

His life and accomplishments continue to be celebrated by those who regard his enormous wealth and power as God’s seal-of-approval on his reign. But in order to maintain that belief they must overlook the kind of policies Solomon implemented in his pursuit of greatness and that can be done only if the reader has no moral compass by which to judge those actions.

It can only be done if the claim of each biblical scribe is accepted at face value, without reference to Mosaic Law, the oracles of the Latter Prophets or the teachings of Christ. When that kind of moral vacuum is created things like hiring contract killers to dispose of enemies or family and the enslavement of your own people, can be viewed as regrettable or necessary evils - - or even as the foibles of an otherwise great man

http://www.all-creatures.org/hr/what-08.htm

The truth of the matter regarding Solomon's life is that he was blessed for the sake of his father King David but he used that blessing to further his own ambitions, sexual immorality and pagan practices in the very Satanic Temples he had built for his pagan wives....it became all about Himself.

Oh, but we wouldn't do that, would we? His own ambitions are reminders of the same Evangelist, Preachers & Politicians and average people who call themselves Christians in our day....nothing is really different....only the time....as it is now down to the wire. .

In fact, according to the things he did and upon his death, his final resting place was not with his Father David.:

How do we know for certain that Solomon is indeed in hell? After all, wasn't the "way of . . . Solomon" (2 Chronicles 11:17) righteous ? It indeed was, until he was old. Sadly, Ezekiel 18:24 became true of him.

When a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and does according to all the abominations that the wicked man does, shall he live? All the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin which he has committed, because of them he shall die. (Ezekiel 18:24

Solomon was "a righteous man" who turned "away from his righteousness" and committed iniquity.

Solomon clearly became an idolater (1 Kings 11). Scripture is not unclear. Idolaters go to hell. See 1 Corinthians 6:9-10; Galatians 5:19-21; Revelation 21:8; 22:15.

REBELLION IS WITCHCRAFT , plain and simple...nothing else can be said about it.

"But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil. For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. (James 3:14-17)

Just think about all of this for a minute. Do you harbor bitterness, have a haughty opinion of yourself or even voice your opinions to as to put down others so as to lift yourself up. Are you words 1/2 truths or embellishments, which renders them a complete lie?

Do you actually believe in your heart that you have the absolute truth when men like Spurgeon are undoubtly, totally guilty of lying about the truth of God's Word, which condemned Solomon for what he did with the blessings given to him by Almighty God?

What about other teachings that have been attributed to men such as C.I. Scofield, whose own life showed his inability to understand God's Word or to teach it. Yet he and his Jesuit backers, put together a Bible that is held in such high regards as to make one wonder, how low can one go to accept such ridiculous teachings attributed to God.

Didn't he promote the teaching of the Rapture, which has put a ball and chain around the neck of each of those that believe this lie so dogmatically that they'd rather carry around this burden than to look for the truth (key) to throw off this terrible weight of lies? Which is easier, carrying around the heavy hereasy or to take the time to research all of the evidence that has been presented to them? Time is of the essence.

If you claim to be a student of the Bible, then read it but read it with comprehension, not just in words being mouthed. Seek the truth of God's entire WORD. It must mesh with itself. It builds upon itself and leads to the fulfillment of His whole plan for mankind. Do not be detoured by the wiles of devils. They are there for that very purpose.

If you are still not convinced about Solomon's true character and the results of his pagan immorality and haughtiness, then look at these words that were scripted by him and also which condemned him.

His own Proverbs did and will condemn him (Hebrews 4:12-13).
Since Solomon turned wicked (became an idolater), the Proverbs he wrote regarding the wicked apply to him. Therefore, his name will rot, as he said it would (Proverbs 10:7).

He will be filled with his own ways (Proverbs 14:14). Fear and destruction will come upon him (Proverbs 10:24, 29).

He will not go unpunished (Proverbs 11:21). His stomach will be in want (Proverbs 13:25). He will be destroyed and condemned (Proverbs 11:3; 12:2; 13:13). His lamp will be put out (Proverbs 13:9; 24:20).

He had a deceitful heart (Proverbs 11:18), so we know he found no good (Proverbs 17:20); and his mouth became his destruction and his lips the snare of his soul (Proverbs 18:7; Matthew 12:36-37).

His expectation perished (Proverbs 10:28) and became wrath (Proverbs 11:23). He became banished in his wickedness (Proverbs 14:32),15 far from the Lord (Proverbs 15:29). God created him for the day of evil (Proverbs 16:4).16

Since Solomon was a backslider in heart, we know he will be filled with his own ways (Proverbs 14:14), and he will bow before the good (Proverbs 14:19).17

Before his destruction, Solomon became haughty (Proverbs 18:12; 16:18), abominable to the Lord (Proverbs 16:5), and his pride brought him low (Proverbs 29:23). Solomon was careless of his ways, and he will die, just as he said (Proverbs 19:16).

Finally, Proverbs 21:16 well sums up Solomon's life.

A man who wanders from the way of understanding will rest in the assembly of the dead.

The assembly of the dead is in the lake of fire, the second death. See Revelation 20:11-15; 21:8.

Please, reconsider your own heart: Is it free in condemnation against other Brethren who are doing their absolute best to bring the "TRUTHS" of God's Words and not basing their whole theology on teaching of the likes of C.S. Spurgeon and Scofield.
