The Mountain of Sinjar, trapped Christians refugees and the Kurds.

For Fair Use Discussion and Educational Purposes

Just this past week, when the Christians were trapped atop of Sinjar, threatened by complete annihilation by the ISIS fighters, there was a group of people who came to their rescue.....the Kurds.

Have you ever made any kind of connection to these Kurds and their sympathies for the Christians and their rejection of the Islamic ISIS?

Although fiercely independent as a people, many did convert to the Moslem faith yet did not associate themselves with the Arabs as a people. The Kurds seem to go back all the way to the conquest by the Medes and Persians of the Assyrians. They seem to be a combination of Iranian/Jewish mixture.

Notice in the below quote from Wikipedia, that the first town to be built after Noah's Flood was the town of Judi followed by Sinjar and Mifariquin.

In the writings of the Ottoman Turkish traveller Evliya Çelebi, there's also a legend concerning the Kurds to be found. He states to have learned of this legend from a certain Mighdisî, an Armenian historian:

“ According to the chronicler Mighdisî, the first town to be built after Noah's Flood was the town of Judi, followed by the fortresses of Sinjar and Mifariqin. The town of Judi was ruled by Melik Kürdim of the Prophet Noah's community, a man who lived no less than 600 years and who travelled the length and width of Kurdistan. Coming to Mifariqin he liked its climate and settled there, begetting many children and descendants. He invented a language of his own, independent of Hebrew. It is neither Hebrew nor Arabic, Farsi, Dari or Pahlavi; they still call it the language of Kürdim. So the Kurdish language, which was invented in Mifariqin and is now used throughout Kurdistan, owes its name to Melik Kürdim of the community of the Prophet Noah. Because Kurdistan is an endless stony stretch of mountains, there are no less than twelve varieties of Kurdish, differing from one another in pronunciation and vocabulary, so that they often have to use interpreters to understand one another's words.[82]

Someday, God will reveal to His people who they really are in regards to their Ethnic birth. Very few Islamic groups would come to the rescue of Christians, yet the Jewish groups are known for their heart-felt sympathy for those in need....regardless of religion. If you don't believe this, think of the many earthquake disasters among Moslem nations, where Israel was one of the first nations to jump right in and offer help in any way possible.

To their own shame, these Moslem nations, rejected badly needed help, because they have a hatred for both the Christian and the Jews that knows no bounds and is fueled by the sons of Satan. .

The Kurds have been the one strong independent force that has kept control of the mountains between Pakistan and India whereby neither side, although lay claim to these mountains, found it impossible to conquer these mountain passes guarded by the Kurds. They are shrewd fighters that seem to have inherited the fighting skills of many of the Israeli tribes.

I am not, by any means, saying that the Kurds are of the Tribe of Benjamin but I sure am reminded of that tribe, the smallest of the 12 tribes (for various reasons), who were known as the Left-Handed warriors, who repeatedly were successful against all odds. When Jacob gathered his children he told Benjamin that would be given the title of "A Ravenous Wolf. "Benjamin shall ravin as a wolf: in the morning he shall devour the prey, and at night he shall divide the spoil Gen. 49:27

In God's Divine Plan, I believe this Ethnic group, who seems to be without a country, are a huge force that will be used in this present move against ISIS to kill off Jews and Christians.

This is a repost to remind people of the West of who it is that came to the rescue of these Christians that were forced to flee their homes thus finding themselves stranded atop the Mountain of Sinjar.

Pray for these Warriors of Righteousness.
