Dear Steven, perhaps you missed my point. You believe we will not be raptured until after 2015. That is close. If we have aluminum in us, as well as all the other multifarious toxins present today, we can probably live until after 2015.
If you are thinking WAY down the pike, say fifteen years from now, perhaps it would matter, as the aluminum might paralyze you during that time, and you could no longer do God's work.

I know we are told to "stand until He comes", and many people believe that will be many years from now (that he comes), or have no inkling at all when he will come. I myself am closer to the "no inkling" than to any time period people have set for the rapture. I hope it will be as soon as possible, when the scroll with the names of the saved is filled up. That is, I hope the scroll will be filled up soon. But I don't really have a firm idea when that will be.

I am interested in the Jonathan Cahn videos posted on this site, "Shmitah year" 1, parts 1 and 2. While not saying Elul 29 2015 is the Rapture, not even hinting at that, Jonathan points out that there were wipe-outs of America (and much of the world therefore) on Elul29 in 2001 and the same date in 2008 (the first being the collapse of the Twin Towers and the second being the economic collapse of America and her dependent markets). The Shmitah year and its final date of Elul 29 are the dates of the cancellation of all debt under Hebrew ancient law. Events as momentous as 9/11 and 2008 do not happen every Shmitah year, but Jonathan points out that we, like the ancient Hebrews at the time of the exile under Jeremiah and Daniel, are under God's judgment. So this coming Shmitah year might be a time of catastrophe for many and physical, not just spiritual, forgiveness of debt for those who belong to Jesus.

Whether this forgiveness of debt and release from bondage means the rapture on that date, I could not say, but remember that it is also the eve of Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets, and something momentous could happen then, if not the Rapture.

I have been concerned about environmental poisoning, such as that by chemtrails, for decades. I have a condition of extreme chemical sensitivity which makes such environmental toxins even worse than average for me. But I am by now, being old, resigned to the fact that our world is "going under" with toxins. It isn't going to get better. For younger people, perhaps they hope for a few better years before the end and are still madder at what stupid mankind has done to the environment. If we believe the Bible, though, it does not matter that much, because God will make all things new soon enough. And yes, the Second Coming IS the Big Deal, the time when He will make things much "newer" for the Millennium, although it will be another thousand years until complete renewal of the heavens and the earth. So I understand, Steven, why we are here still--to win the lost when we can.

I just read your letters and Steven's. All of the environmental issues that you covered are much worse for people like you and me who can't even stand the smell of perfume, petroleum, cleaning agents, etc. It wasn't always that way for me but since the advent of the use of petroleum base in every product, it did developed. I know your own issues are much worse. It is really a miracle of God that anyone has survived this long, isn't it?

From Jonathan Cahn's report, I also believe that he is saying, that Elul 29th could bring the 3rd and final stroke against this country whose Lady Liberty standing in the New York Harbor is, in all reality, none other than the same Harlot figure that these Illuminated Ones Worship. We, as a people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

This is where, I believe, Steven is hitting upon. Knowing what an injustice the many preachers/evangelist have done by pushing a pre-trib. Rapture, it has caused people to literally hold their breath for that one event. Just think of all the years, Christians have wasted their opportunities speaking about that instead of reading the Bible and getting more enthusiastic about winning souls. That is what Jesus Christ wants; it is what he sent out the original 72 disciples to do, carrying the hope that is in Jesus Christ and He alone, for however long each life has.

The huge variety of information that is put on this forum by Steven is there to show the Christian and the unbeliever the reality of what drives this world in all areas of society, the signs in the heavens, the evil in the churches and all that the Bible warns about putting on the Armor of God (Eph. 6:111-13) so that we can deal with it with His help. It is to spur us on to get excited about telling people about Jesus and to edify each other all the more, as we see that day approaching. What day? The return of Jesus Christ. So, even in our own down times, we gain strength through His Word. Reading the Bible is the best medicine. It is medicine for the soul. The body may go to pot but the soul will gain strength.

For sure there is a Rapture but what is becoming more and more evident to people, it is just prior to the Wrath of God.

That is Steven's desire for all that are able to get saved. The more we keep focused on that, the easier our lives will become....even during all of the misery of illness and family issues.
