Hello all!

Wow!! Everything is happening so fast! Just as Jesus told us it would when He said "Behold I come quickly"! A few years ago a friend asked me where I thought we were in the end-time scenario, and without even thinking I said “we are in the spin cycle"! If this whole journey is compared to a load of laundry, this would definitely be true of these last few months!! “Spin”, as in fast and furious, and "spin" as in the truth has been turned into a "spin" of the truth. Deception spinning webs of lies, on all fronts, and perversion has become the "norm" of the day.

After studying the 7 seals closely, and seeing the truth of the nearness of the opening of the six seal, I would say it could happen at any moment, now. Satan has gained control of every aspect of this world. The only portion he is not in control of, at this time, are the born again Christians. I honestly think that he has been let out of the bottomless pit, and that it was opened on Dec. 21, 2012. Truly, when you really look at it, how much darker has this world gotten since that very date?

Demonic forces are no longer subtle and trying to hide their hidden hand agenda...IT IS UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL...IN OUR FACES....and they don't care if we know how evil they are, in fact they are PROUD of it!! They know, or they think they have accomplished what they have set out to do and it is coming off like clockwork...the end-game in sight.

Therefore, even if we expose them, it is too late for us to stop it. It is no longer the people against evil, nor even the people against the government...it is the people against the elite of this world. All governments that are controlled by the elite are in league with each other against the rest of the world population. The war has truly become global, and a spiritual battle between good and evil.

While pondering all this, I happened to come upon a study about the 6th seal and about whom the people are that hide in the rocks and dens during the time of sudden destruction. I really liked this study because the author takes us back to Old Testament Scriptures to help us discover the true identity of these people. It just seems to fit so well with what is coming so very fast upon all of mankind.

WHO ARE THE PEOPLE DESCRIBED IN REVELATION 6:15-17?

Revelation 6:15
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

Revelation 6:16
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

Revelation 6:17
For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

There are those who teach that the people described in Revelation 6:15-17 are the elect of God. An honest study of the Word of God easily proves that such an idea is simply untenable when comparing Scripture with Scripture.

1 Corinthians 2:13
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

Thankfully, God has not left us in darkness about who these people are.

Revelation 6:16
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

By comparing this verse with what we read in Deuteronomy 32, we find our first clue as to their true identity and what these rocks in actual fact represent.

Deuteronomy 32:31
For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

Deuteronomy 32:32
For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:

Deuteronomy 32:33
Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps...

Deuteronomy 32:37
And he shall say, Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted,

Deuteronomy 32:38
Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.

God says that natural, unregenerate man trusts in every other rock, other than Christ Jesus, Who is the true "Rock".

Notice, He tells them to call upon the rocks (false gods, in fact, anything other than the True God in whom men seek refuge) to "rise up and help you, and be your potection" (Deuteronomy 32:28).

And so, this is the character of natural man. They trust in lying words, false christs, false gospels, false religions, the false ideas of men, and every other thing that opposes the truth to protect them in times of trouble. They put their trust in gods who cannot save (Isaiah 45:20). How sad it will be for many on that great day who shall shall seek refuge in their false christs which inevitably arise from the false gospels of lying men to protect them and hide them from the wrath to come. They shall say "Lord, Lord, have we not, did we not..." But the Lord Jesus shall say "I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matthew 7:22-24).

If we turn now to Jeremiah 51:25 we see a further clue in uncovering just who these people are that we have read about in Revelation 6.

Jeremiah 51:25
Behold, I am against thee, O destroying mountain, saith the LORD, which destroyest all the earth: and I will stretch out mine hand upon thee, and roll thee down from the rocks, and will make thee a burnt mountain.

God says that the "destroying mountain" (which represents Babylon) will be rolled away, exposing the rocks, that is, as we have seen in Deuteronomy 32:31-38, the false gods in whom they take shelter and in whom they trust.

So, although they call upon the mountains and rocks to protect them, hide them, and cover them from the wrath of the Lamb, God will strip it all away and they will have nothing to hide behind. On the last day they shall be found spiritually naked before the judgment throne of God, without any place to hide.

The clearest passage of Scripture which identifies these people is found in the tenth chapter of Hosea, and proves without a shadow of a doubt that Almighty God, in Revelation 6 is speaking of those who are without Jesus Christ as their Savior.

Hosea 10:8
The high places also of Aven, the sin of Israel, shall be destroyed: the thorn and the thistle shall come up on their altars; and they shall say to the mountains, Cover us; and to the hills, Fall on us.

Hosea 10:9
O Israel, thou hast sinned from the days of Gibeah: there they stood: the battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity did not overtake them.

We will finish by looking at two more passages of Scripture found in both the Old and the New Testament which lead us to the same conclusion that he have come to thus far.

Isaiah 2:12
For the day of the LORD of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low:

Isaiah 2:17
And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.

Isaiah 2:18
and the idols he shall utterly abolish.

Isaiah 2:19
And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

Isaiah 2:20
In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats;

Isaiah 2:21
To go into the clefts of the rocks, and into the tops of the ragged rocks, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.

Clearly the above verses are talking about the ungodly who trusted in idols - and indeed these idols shall be worthless on that great day and will be of no help or comfort to them.

These verses cannot be separated from the verses that we are looking at in Revelation chapter 6, in fact they speak of the same event, and therefore we can safely conclude that the people of Revelation 6:15-17 are the reprobate found in Babylon on the last day who have taken pleasure in unrighteousness, believed the lie, and loved not the truth (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12).

This is further clarified in the twenty third chapter of the gospel of Luke.

Luke 23:30
Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.

This is a clear statement of the timing of the end of the world. People are hiding from the Lord Jesus Christ when He is coming as the Judge of all the earth at the end of time, to take "vengeance on them that know not God and that obey not the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ" (2 Thessalonians 1:7-10).

It will not be long now, until all those “high places” that the elite have built in order to rule and reign and worship their gods, will come a tumbling down and bury them underneath. Their end is sure and final. All those who wanted to live forever in this world, and who had a good life here and lived for themselves, will ultimately lose their lives. While those who lose their lives for the Lord, will live eternally with Him in heaven. Amen to that!

It is almost overwhelming the amount of end-time information that is coming at us!! So many good articles and videos on the site!! Truly, as Gerlinda says this is the ALL IN ONE PLACE to get all the latest news on a multitude of fronts!! I am finding there are not enough hours in a day to digest all that is posted here. Certainly “something for everyone” and a little bit more!

I pray we all take the time to stay very close to our Glorious Lord and Savior and in His Love and Protection, for surely His is coming SOON!!

Hello all,

I posted this study on my personal blog site, and got the following response from a lady named Pearl. Pearl is a very spiritual lady and has a very sharp focus on the spiritual messages in Scripture. I admire this. A good example of wisdom as compared to knowledge.

Her response as to our being in this Spin Cycle, is a "pearl" of a message. I knew when I read this, that it belonged on this thread.

Another great post….and the fantastic thing is the excitement it caused to arise in me, again! Yes, I do believe that we are in the “spin cycle” at this time!

As we look at the present world, and then look back just 50 years, what a horrific difference there is…. Those who are under the age of 50 can’t see how far we’ve degenerated in just a few decades. Our country, which used to be the Number “ONE” place of justice and freedom, and MORALITY, has become more corrupt than almost any other nation in the world. And, with our demise, there is nowhere else to go anymore!

The “Elite” may think they have their plans well in hand, but as Psalm 2:4 clearly tells us:

“He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.”

And what will happen to these so-called “Elite” who think they have the upper hand now? God tells us in verse 5:

“Then shall He speak unto them in His wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.”

That says it all for the end of the “Elite” of this present world.

Yes, I totally agree that the “spin cycle” is almost at an end…..it could be tomorrow. I don’t think anybody knows how this will play out, but it will be SUDDEN, and totally UNEXPECTED. There will be no oncoming warnings such as have been depicted by Dispensationalists. But God has put the “warning notice” in the spirits of those who are paying attention and listening to the Spirit alone:

Revelation 2:7, 11, 17, 29 and Revelation 3:6, 13, 22…..

“He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

GOD HAS SAID THIS SEVEN TIMES WITHIN TWO CHAPTERS OF THE BIBLE. Are we paying attention??????

The “churches” are NOT buildings that people go to in order to fellowship and worship. The “churches” spoken to are PERSONS, individually..

I Corinthians 3:16…”Know ye not that YE ARE THE TEMPLE OF GOD, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

Jesus Christ, by the Spirit of God has already come….IN YOU!! He is there INSIDE OF YOU fighting against the carnality that is in you, which is the spirit of evil!

But, there is coming an end to this battle within us….and it will be sooner than most people expect. Can you not “feel” it within you? The “pressure cooker” is ready to blow up…..that the “spin cycle” is almost at an end.

And soon we will understand….and we will then see the “robes” which have been washed clean and whitened through this terrible tribulation that all of us have been through….and are still going through…..

……Until the “spin cycle” suddenly stops!

The book of Revelation is “The Revelation of Jesus Christ.” The entire book tells, not only about the individual Christ, or Christ the Head, but it also tells of the completed body of Christ, which is the fullness of Christ. When the corporate Christ is complete – when we are changed to become all that He is, the things written in the eighteenth chapter shall then be fulfilled. The seventeenth chapter tells of “the beast” making war with the Lamb, “and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, chosen, and faithful” (Rev. 17:13-14). Then a “woman” was spoken of, which is “that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth” (vs. 18). That “great city” is undoubtedly the harlot city, Babylon, which has seduced the nations with her sorceries, to reign over all the earth. But Babylon’s reign is coming to an end!

After these things, an angel appeared having great power, “and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great city is fallen.” (18:1-2). We are told here that all nations drank of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Kings committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth became rich through her delicacies. These shall bewail Babylon’s fall and will lament for her, when they see the smoke of her burning. All her delicacies and merchandise will then be destroyed. Then all the slaves and the souls of men shall be delivered and set free of Babylon’s bondages and corrupt practices. This will all take place according to, and commensurate with, our spiritual growth!

Now notice this verse: “And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all” (Rev. 18:14). What a deliverance that shall be!

Never again will anyone partake of the things of this world that have only fed and sustained the carnal mind and nature. That which only fed the old man of the flesh is then taken away! From then on people shall feed on the pure riches of Christ and His kingdom. They will then be free of all carnal lust and greed! Then will all people know, in greater fullness, the glory and wonder of the abundant resources of the kingdom of our Father!
